It used to be the only craft store in town, now its the smallest craft store in town. Michaels is a decent place to go to for crafting supplies and their prices are usually lower than some of the other stores: for example, just last week I saw these huge rubber bouncy balls at Michaels for $5 each and then saw the exact same rubber balls at a different store for $10 each. The down-side is this store is SO SMALL. Other Michaels locations are twice or even three times the size of this one. I really think the franchise should consider moving this store to one of the vacant and larger locations nearby because it makes their ability to provide a decent selection really limited. Also, they have a huge framing and art supply section in the back that takes up half the store but then all other types of crafts are minimal and squished together. I like this store for its pricing but more often than not I have to go elsewhere to find what Im looking for.

I went in looking for the mink product could not find it asked a young man if they carried it I thought I must have missed it his response was I dont think we do turned and walked away then in my app it showed the chalk board items were on sale there was no sign so I didnt get that so went to check out was very fast nice girl she asked if I found everything I told her about the chalk signs not signed she just looked at me oh well not the best day so I left went to hobby lobby joanns and Tuesday morning and got the rest of what I needed I have not had much luck at this store but its so close to the other craft stores I keep going back but sometimes I cant find anything to use my coupon on

They never have what Im looking for and the employees dont even know what they carry, (shame on the racist intolerant person for having to shame somone else for not having the same opinion as them. It shouldnt matter if you go in 30 minutes before they close or 2 hours before they close service should not be affected by that.

People are helpful and nice (shame on that person who gave a bad review cuz they went in there last minute. I will not be going to racist hobby lobby ever!). Ive been shopping here for years and the sales are great! Sign up for the loyalty program for really good deals. I mainly shop for Halloween things.

We went about 30 minutes till closing time & when we asked an employee where to find the item we were looking for, she acted as though we were bothering her. Rather than help us, she kept working on her go backs & told us they didnt carry what we needed. Well be sticking to Hobby Lobby.

Framing dept is amazing. Frame came out amazing, sean and josh were very patient and helping on the frame choices. Frame fell off the wall and broke and they fixed it free of charge

Over priced. They have been the my craft shop for so long that i didnt realize how over priced they are. I will shop at hobby lobby from now on. Why pay more if you dont have to.

Nice clean store with easy-to-read aisle signs. Its easy to checkout. I could spend hours in there! But if I dont want to, its easy to grab and check out in small amount of time.
