I went here recently to purchase a number of supplies for my daughters 6th birthday party. Among these were two apothecary jars which cost $20 each (quite expensive for the quality I later found out). When I arrived home, I found the lid to one of the jars had broken. I called the store the next morning, and explained the situation, and asked if I could get a replacement lid. I was put on hold, then told that if I had the jar and the receipt, I could come in and pick up a lid. This pleasantly surprised me; after reading so many negative reviews, I figured they would say tough luck! A few days after the party, I asked my assistant to take the jar and the receipt, and just ask them to return it, since it was obviously very thin, and broke so easily. I figured, if they were willing to supply the lid, what was the difference in just returning the jar. Well, when she got there, the manager flat out refused, and was extremely rude, insinuating that she was lying about someone saying they would replace the lid. She was told, if you cant tell me the name of who you spoke with, and the time and day, I cant help. She asked about the lid, and she said NO, that they dont have extra lids. Very disappointed with the experience to say the least - telling customers one thing, then changing it later, poor all around customer service; not interested in helping the customer at all (at least this manager). I know they are sometimes overpriced, but they have some cute stuff, and I fully intended to return after the pleasant experience on the phone, but after this, neither myself, nor my family and friends will return as everyone I know has gotten an earfull. If they had said no on the phone, I probably would have been neutral; not overly happy with it, but not super negative. However, for them to say they would be able to help, then have me waste time and money having someone go there, only to turn them away and imply they were lying, treating them very aggressively and rudely, that is not acceptable. I will take my business elsewhere, with better prices, and more importantly, better service.

Always heard about Hobby Lobby, never got the chance to visit. Finally went in looking for lamps and bought 5! All for a total of $95. GREAT deals, many were marked down from $100 to $18 and such. Extremely cute lamps, awesome selection. We spent nearly and hour trying to choose. Got two matching lamps for our bedroom and two matching for our living room as well as a third one that matches the style of the living room! So very pleased with our purchase! We got the opportunity to walk around and explore more of the store and were impressed with how well things were priced, how many different sales they had going, and the overall quality of everything. Love Hobby Lobby and would very much like to go back!

I shop here regularly, more out of necessity than anything. They carry a few things I can not find at the other craft stores when I am in a pinch (and my wholesale orders are still out). I frequent the fabric department the most. Anne was amazing, but she moved to the other store. Christa was excellent, but she moved back to Texas. No one else in the store is the least bit helpful or nice. Forget customer service of any type as the manages is probably THE SINGLE WORST RETAIL MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET. Go elsewhere if you can, unless you have the ability to ignore rudeness.

Went to Hobby Lobby today with my 74 year old mother. What a FANTASTIC experience. We asked 3 different associates for help and they were wonderful. We found everything we needed and more. Even though the cashier has to type in all purchases (no bar code scanners) she was friendly and efficient. Ill admit, I went there because of all the bad reviews and wanted to see if it would happen to me, it did not. This is a great place to shop!

The employees who work here seem to really hate their lives. I have been in this store on more than 1 occasion and to my surprise, the experiences never got any better; if anything, they got worse. I havent come across 1 friendly person who works here. ALSO, their items are the pretty much the same that are available at MICHAELS and CHEAPER TOO! I dont know who own this company, but their prices are RIDICULOUS

Why dont they have a 0 rating !! Really u want to sell me a shattered cermaic christmas tree for 60%! Its already 50% off ! Wow what a deal ! NOT ! Get better management ! Maybe call Jeff from the Fort Apache so he can show u how a real Hobby Lobby is run !!! And while your at it how about u hire some employees that dont look like they hate their lives :) Just some food for thought ;)

My granddaughter was a bit cranky and crying so not to irritate the other shoppers we just decided to check out. Unfortunately, the checker was very slow so we were in line with a crying two year old for about 10 minutes. My son said he heard the checker and the customer talking bad about my granddaughter crying and how it annoyed them. I thought that was very rude.

I have been to many Hobby Lobby across the united states. This is my least favorite stores. I have no children with me when I shop there. I am almost 62. I have worked with the public for years. The rude/unfriendly workers are shameful for such a wonderful Christian company/store.

I totally love this store! They have almost every knick-knack you need to decorate your house or just a specific room in your house. If you look online, you can find and use (on your phone) a 10% coupon good on your most expensive item. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The item selection for home decor is good for both seasonally and every day. It seems like supplies for all hobbies are available. The selection for small scale models is lacking. The staff is typically very rude and unwilling to solve their customers issues and concerns.

Great variety, poor organization. Throws religion on the doors to justify closing Sundays (just post your hours, please. No need to involve your personal life.) *Staff are very helpful* when you can find them. Recommended if youre not affected by their private lives.

Love this store! So many things to bring delight to your hobbyists heart. My one and only critique is, I wish they opened on Sundays... Dont forgot to grab the ever present 40% of coupon from their website before you go shopping. =)
