We were purchasing yarn from which we make chemo hats and wheelchair lap afghans that we donate to the VA hospital in Phoenix. The lady at the checkout was very patient and helped us use all applicable coupons. The discounts were greatly appreciated and make it possible for us to create more pieces to donate to the veterans. The Crochet circle of Friends want to say "Thank You" to the saleslady for her help.

Products here are a little on the pricey side and you cant ever find an employee on the floor to ask questions. But I (eventually) found everything I needed in one trip, without having to shop at another store. If youre in a hurry, shop online. Otherwise, take the time to map out the floor plan and go often enough to know when theyre moving things around!

The service is always good at this location. People are friendly who work here, however I cannot say the same about some of the patrons who seem to think they are entitled to something special. I watched a woman snap her fingers at the gentleman who was working the counter, answering the phones, and doing multiple jobs while working on helping customers.

Took a sewing class there. It was nice. Glad I went! Look for their classes on sale every couple of months. I picked up some supplies for my class. I had to track someone down to get help but once I did I had no problem finding everything I was looking for. Employees are nice and have been knowledgeable when I have asked questions.

The overall staff very friendly, but the ladies at the sewing place where they have the sewing machines made me feel like a was asking a dumb question. I know very little about sewing machines and thought they could help but all they did was make me feel uncomfortable.

Staff can be rude if you are just browsing to look and dont know what you want. They will follow you around like you are going to steal. The store is free of times on the floor but does not have a clean feel to it although its not dirty either..
