They are rude both in person and on the phone. I asked a young man for help he looked at me and completely ignored me as if I was not even there. A young lady who was near by came and offered to help me which she did. They did not have what I was looking for in stock and she told me it would be in stock by Saturday after 10 a.m but to call and make sure they do have it. I did call on Saturday and they would not answer the phone finally a women named Tony answered and was rude unable to answer questions. BIG DIFFERENCE FROM TEMECULA STORE.... poor customer service

Majority of the staff at the Michaels store in Menifee sucks. They look like they hate their job and hate that you are there bugging the shit out of them. They dont ask if you need any help-- they walk the opposite direction if they see you coming. LOL! Not ALL of them, but MOST. Beats having to deal with Temecula for one or two things though!

For being a newer store it is upsetting that all the shopping carts are in really bad condition. All the seat belts are cut off and that made for a quick trip in and out with my 13 month daughter. I hope they fix this issue. Also I was very surprised on how little info the sales associate knew on crafts.

I really liked the fact that they have a bilingual employee. My cashier was a young lady named Anahi I believe which was very friendly. I asked about any sales going on & she was very informative & polite. They also offer very good sales for Black Friday.

I needed a specific item that could take weeks to get, when I called the store they offered to hold the item under my name. When I got there they were super nice and checked me out pretty quickly! Thats my kind of customer service.

No yarn department to speak of...or needlework supplies...the store in Temecula is much better. I have to go to a store in Temecula which is 10 miles away instead of shopping locally. ..very disappointing!

Clean though not as well stocked as I would have liked especially this long after Christmas. No customer service on the floor, if you need help good luck finding someone not at the register.
