BUYER BEWARE! The way they price/ring up things puts you at risk of paying WAY more than you should!!!!!!!! Please, please, PLEASE be careful! I was going to purchase an item that I have purchased several times and know the general price. Anywhere from 10-17 dollars, depending on the craft store. There were two of the item left. The first one was marked at 11.99 but the binding was SLIGHTLY crooked (not damaged) so I picked up its cohort and headed to the register. Once in line I noticed the one I had grabbed was marked at 27.99! Surely a mistake, but I didnt worry about it because I knew when they scanned it into the register, the right price would show up. I mentioned it to her and laughed but she looked at me seriously and said, " Oh no, I HAVE to type it in as its marked! Im sure the other one was a different one or discounted because of the damage. " I mentioned looking it up in the computer and she said, " I cant look it up, the guy who prices things is gone for the day." I was SHOCKED that its 2016/17 and they were still pricing things in such a way that the customer is at the mercy of their sticker gun with no way to check the price of the items!! I was even MORE dismayed by the fact that nobody present was familiar enough with the product I was buying to realize it would NEVER be priced at $27.99! I ended up NOT making the purchase. It was an eye opening experience and it made me realize how many other things could be overpriced! Mistakes happen but when the whole store is set up without checks and balances, let alone without a knowledgeable staff, it is a potential DISASTER for my wallet! I wont be going into this store without thoroughly researching prices beforehand. Please, please, PLEASE be careful!!!!

This place is HUGE! I purchase all of a certain item that was on the shelf, and I needed more, so I asked if I was able to reorder. The cashier was very prompt in writing up a request form. They called me with in 3 days of ordering, and I am able to purchase honoring the SALE PRICE WOO HOO! I love this place... but I have to say that I HATE that they are closed on Sunday! I am sure that they could find plenty of employees that would be happy to work on a Sunday. It seems that EVERY TIME I need something from Hobby Lobby, it is on a Sunday! If you need a craft or hobby item there pretty much isnt anything that you cant find here, or at any other Hobby Lobby location!

I think all of you previous reviewers are crazy. Ive been into this store probably 15 times in the last couple months, as I run a handmade business online, and almost every time I come I have been greeted on the way in and thanked on the way out. Im constantly asked if I need any help and I run into at least 2 or 3 employees while walking through the store. Ive never had a bad experience here.

Management at this location lacks customer service skills! I tried returning a few items with no receipt and was told if I had no receipt they couldnt help me. The customer before me had the same situation but actually got to return her items and received a store credit, no problem! The "manager humiliated me!

This place provided the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Every associate looked at me and not a single one greeted me. I made eye contact with over 15 associates too. Then the last associate gave me a grin stare, and thats when I just left. Unbelievable experience.
