While attempting to place an order in the custom framing department for quite a significant amount of money, I was treated very rudely by a woman working in that department. Moreover, as I was going down through my list of questions, each subsequent question was treated as if it was completely a bother to her. I will take my business elsewhere.

Michaels has a decent selection of some craft items. Their prices are in the high end, but theres always a coupon somewhere for a little discount. The store is clean, well stocked, and staff is friendly.
