Joanns is okay. The girl at the cutting counter was nice, and friendly. The rest of the staff was okay too.....but....I nearly choked when we entered Karcher Mall. YUCK, there is black mold growing in there somewhere. Its horrid to have to go through that much smelly old mall, to get to the Joanns. I think Ill try Boise next time.

I had a woman rudely answer the phone when I inquired if they had a fabric in stock that my local Boise stores didnt have. She told me she would go check and I sat on the phone waiting for a half an hour before o have up and hung up. It was ridiculous.

This location is always slow and has terrible customer service. Its dirty and the cutting counter does not know how to professionally cut fabric. I avoid this location and go to the Boise locations.

This JoAnns seems to be one of their worst. Always dirty. Very hard to find or get help. Staff works very slow! Lines are always long. And the variety they have is less than most.
