Oh, Hobby Lobby. One could get lost in their massive variety sold here. Craft supplies? Anything you could think of. Fabric? Yup. Home decor? You betcha! (I didnt know this about Hobby Lobby the first time I went, and was a little in awe at the rows and rows of STUFF they have: lamps, frames, art, odd bits of furniture, random saying plaques, shelving, drawer pulls, man cave decor, candles, etc, etc, etc!) Holiday season decor/crafts? More than you could ever look through. Party supplies? Yes. And everything in between. Their variety is astounding. If youre into crafts or home decor, this place is for you. Hobby Lobby is an openly-Christian corporation. Youll find Bible sayings mixed in among the home decor, and their stationary (yup, they sell greeting cards here, too!) section is prodmunatly Christian. But I wouldnt say its obnoxious or shove-it-face at all. Itd just there. Also, theyre closed on Sunday, so planaccordingly. My only pet peeves: the music. Its all imsturmental piano, all the time. If youre here to browse, youll eventually go mad, just putting it out there. Secondly, they dont use scanning technology at checkout. Everything is TYPED IN by the clerks by hand. Every. Single. Item. So if youre there to buy a bunch of jewelry making supplies, theyre going to have to sort it all into brand, then price, then see if that brand is on sale, and if you have 100 small items, be prepared to be there forever. Come on, Hobby Lobby. I love you, but get with the program. Its just so simple to make a mistake, and though the clerks usually have it down, Im always wondering... But its cheap, and half the store is 50% at all times: they switch off sections of the store every week. So time your trips right, and youll never pay full price for everything. And dont forget to get your coupon before you go! There is a 40% off one item coupon permanently available at their website. Use it well, my friends.

I have a love-hate relationship with Hobby Lobby. I love probably 99% of the products they have in store. What I dont love is their checkout system. They have a terribly "old school" system for checking out. And dont get me started on the return process...theres always either a ridiculous wait time or some reason why you cant return or get as much back as you paid for the item. The fact that they arent open on Sundays, I kind of understand but at the same time its really annoying. As a "non-conservative???" , I find the whole image that they put forth a little disappointing. One time I even went into Hob Lob (thats my nickname for Hobby Lobby) with a chik-fil-a drink and I felt so ashamed that I had forgotten my firearm and camo shirt....NOT. Anywho, in my opinion, they could probably do themselves a huge favor by updating their POS system and staying open on Sundays to give the non-church going crowd (all decent craft-loving people, Im sure), a little reliability on the weekends. Cause you just never know when youre going to need a little scrapbook paper or cupcake liners or sewing needles or silk flowers or just really cute home decor....I think you get the point.

I love all the products hobby lobby carries and for the most part their pricing seems fair. My biggest complaint with this store is their inability to keep product stocked and their reordering policy is ridiculous. As a professional seamstress I utilized the sewing department quite often, but countless times I have gone there looking for something that I need for a job I am working on and they will be out of stock or have a very small amount left of the product. I asked them why they dont order more when the product is almost gone and they said they dont even put an order in till its completely gone. They have caused me to be late with many of my jobs because they refuse to keep their products in stock.

I gave this place three stars because every time I come here there are only 3 cashiers (max) and long lines of people waiting and waiting and waiting. It drives me absolutely nuts how long it takes them to ring up one person! It sucks because I love this store, their products, and prices. But I avoid this place if I can because I know its going to be an extra long trip

I was there for Estes model rocketry. They have a very large selection of rockets and engines. The prices are reasonable and set at suggested retail prices. I was looking for replacement tubes, which are not available in the store. Estes web site suggested they would be in the stores. Replacement tubes must not be marketable in this area. I will have to shop online.

I like the idea of a mega hobby store but this store just doesnt seem to understand Hobby, its less hobby and more interior design blah, with the little bit o hobby all the way in the back of the ginormous store with a very vague small selection. Unfortunately it has to do because there are really no other options in town anymore.

Excellent store for your hobby, crafting and decorating needs. Huge variety of most items. We used but not crowded, it is always a pleasure to shop here. Only gave 4 stars for their politics at the cost of employees. Also, closed on Sunday, which is inconvenient for those who only can shop on the weekends.

I LOVE this store. They have a HUGE selection of crafts and supplies. If youre a very picky person when it comes to arts and crafts this is the place for you. I was amazed how much stuff they have. Highly recommend!!!
