JoAnn Fabrics definitely has the best selection of reasonably-priced fabrics in the Las Vegas Valley. However, with only two stores in the Valley, it is a long drive for many of us (on the west side especially), and wait time at the cutting table is always extremely long! I have never waited less than half an hour, and many times it is close to an hour. I wont go there during the holidays at all. They really need a third store, perhaps in Summerlin or at/near Arroyo Crossing. I believe that would improve wait times tremendously. I try to go near opening time to avoid the long wait, but that doesnt always help. Many times, I simply go elsewhere, which means I either pay higher prices or sacrifice selection. I suspect others do the same, since most people have large purchases with many items to be cut, which only makes the wait times longer. My JoAnn trips are very time-intensive with the drive time and wait time.

If you attempt to call this store you are wasting your time. Most days they will not answer the phone or their phone is having issues. They do not return calls at all. I called today to inquire about the sales as my wife and I had saved a great deal of money for a sewing machine and other items. They would not and never answered after 5 phone calls. I then called the Henderson store which I explained what was happening and they told me "they never answer their phone calls." I then was given their sewing machine phone number and it was disconnected. Do not waste your time. Great store to walk into, but horrible at taking your money if you are wanting to ask questions before entering. I will be taking my 1500.00 dollars to another store in vegas this day and buy a sewing machine. Have a great day and sorry Joann you blew it.

Best craft store you can go to! Not the most popular, but sure is the best! Inexpensive but high-quality. It has just about everything you might need! I was getting everything needed to make a costume for a character from a TV show that isnt very popular. So, we had to make the costume. However, everything we needed was easy to find. Not a high price, but it seemed like something that would be. I definitely recommend coming here! By the way, it says The Great Phoebe XD because my daughter logged on to my computer. I am an adult, and Im very crafty. Ive gone to a number of craft stores, but this was the only one that had everything I needed. Best place to go! -Jamie Schwartz

Typical Jo-Anns, well stocked in a variety of crafting departments. Fabric cutters tend to be well staffed so the wait isnt long. Love the way they have their coupons set up, never have to make seperate transactions. Only reason 4 stars is becuase I ALWAYS seem to get stuck in a long line at the cash registers and its hard to find people on the floor to ask questions. You typically have to wait in line to do so. But there is no lack in customer service as far as helpfulness. Also wish they had a little more clearance like Michaels sometimes.

Wont come back. Asked what the difference between regular Joanns and Joanns ect. Treated me like I was an idiot. Told me Joanns is just Joanns. I said well there is an ect is your name she blew me off. The other lady said we dont know. I go to every Joanns when Im in a new city. Forget going to this one if you are traveling. Im half tempted to go back and return my items.

Not impressed. Could not find what i was lookkng for after walking around many times so i asked one of the girls at the cutting table, who was not serving a customer, if she could show me where it was and she told me to take a number. Shopped in many joanns, will not go back to this one.

Terrible experience, wont be back. Getting fabric cut there is akin to the DMV...you take a number and wait for them to get to you. I was there for a half an hour and they were still a good 20 people away after that when I decided I didnt want to waste 2-3 hours of my day waiting around.

I live in this store. I should just set up a direct deposit so I can just wander about and fill my cart with their amazing stuff. The staff (except one cashier who is always *vicious* to me) is awesome, the store is clean and they have so. much. awesome. stuff.

Great prices if you use their coupons. Fabric selection for clothing is meh. I always get my number first and then get the fabric I need saves me a lot of time. And the cashier line is clearly visible. People should pay attention.

Great variety of crafts, fabric, decorating pieces, holiday and even custom framing. There is a phone app. that allows you coupons towards purchases. If you need an item this store has it! Clean and very helpful staff!

Need to clean restrooms. They are ALWAYS dirty and smell bad. The wait time at the cutting table is always too long. They rarely have everything I need and always find empty slots in notions.
