I visit our local Jo-Ann Fabrics and love them....unfortunately I had to go to Spokane because my store was out....big mistake I found that the spray paints were under lock and key so I went to the desk where I encountered what looked to be the Manager having a conversation with the employee....which is not usually a problem if it was something to do with work...after she finally looked at me and said "yes" I replied with that I needed to get some paint that was locked up she said follow me so I took my 4 year olds hand and said lets go the manager stopped...turned around and asked her employee another unrelated question...that is not customer service!!! Not recommended thats for sure!!!

Employee was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with a certain out of stock (over a month now) item. Hands are tied since its out of stock at the wearhouse. 8 customers in front of us, with one cashier, so we almost put our items down to walk out (needed to be someplace soon) but another cashier was called and a third! I cant complain.

If youre looking for jewelry chain and findings or fabric, or yarn, this is the shop to visit. Great staff is always willing to help and never makes you feel watched. They have a good supply of scrapbooking materials too, but its mostly large stacks of paper. I like how they handle ReSellers Permits, even if its a bit cumbersome at the same time.

Gd for fabrics and crafts. Will have moonlight madness coupons ( they send you their flyer with tons of coupons in it) but then they put just about everything in the store on sale even just %10 off so your coupons are kind of pointless toward the stuff you really need( like bigger items) . I stopped going there because of this.

It did have my item but not enough. They did not check inventory or offer to order. Clearly this is a take it or leave it place. I did not even get a discount for taking the end of the bolt. Measured to the inch full price. Great location tons of parking but ...

My favorite fabric store! Good selection, knowledgeable staff, well stocked. Weekends can be very busy, and checkout is slow sometimes. Good to know: Joanns takes competitor coupons AND you can usually use multiple coupons on your purchase!

When needing thread or needles for hand sewing repairs, etc. this is the place I usually go. I prefer the JoAnns on the north side of Spokane, it seems to have more variety.

Definitely worth it to check peak times before going. They send coupons all the time through email and app which is sweet and the staff is pretty helpful and easy to find
