I have shopped with Michaels since it has opened and I have up until today had nothing but good things to say about this branch. Most associates in this company bend over backwards in order to satisfy and help your craft needs. Today I was appalled at the customer service I received. When I tried to find something on my own and ask the associates to call the other local locations to save me a drive they simply stated if they didnt have it no other store would. Leaving in frustration I found the number and called some stores and BEHOLD another location had it. I will no longer shop at this location due to these associates that have no sense of customer service.

Here is a comment a friend made to me because I shop here alot!! If I added up the receipts of all the things I have brought at Michaels all these years. I would be able to remodel my kitchen ;-/ Michaels have great deals and clearances.. I always find good bargins and I use my 50 % coupons as often as I can. Take time to walk up and down their aisles.. you will find a good deal in almost every aisles.. especially if they are having their holiday sale. Sign up for their coupons by text or on line. I love shopping at Michaels!

While most of the is good, many are rude and very rigid in their views. I also hate the way they have the doorbusters now. Making a special category of sale items just so they are not covered by coupons is not right. Just say sale items are not included rather than this bait and switch. To me, if it is reduced, then it is a sale item.

This store has a lot of variety and good prices. The people that shop here are old and stuck up. They cut in front of you and stare down at you. The associates that work here are only nice to the old people because they are the ones that will always complain. Great store, but the shoppers here can f**k off.

The custom frame section of this store has the worst customer service. Carissa was so rude to us as we were simply asking about pricing and ideas. I do not recommend coming here due to the lack of customer service skills. Sorry you hate your job and make it very obvious!

Michaels never has enough employees working at the registers. l really get tired of waiting and waiting and waiting for my purchase to be rung up. The only cashier called for help when the line got too long, but backup never showed up.

Selections were good, the place was clean, no racks of wooden letters arranged into swear words. About as good as you can expect from a craft store. The line was a hair long for how few people were checking out, but whatever

I had one of my paintings framed by the framing department. The lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable and did a superb job in choosing the matting and frame. The framed painting is awesome.

Staff is nice and polite. The store layout is really the only fault, the aisles are narrow and their isnt much room for two carts to pass. Its pretty tucked back off chandler blvd.
