Oh my goodness I love this place however every time I go there I spend too much money because there are so many new DIY projects and really cool things that you can make they also have some pretty cool things that you can put up at your house and decorate with and stuff for storage for all your crafts they have almost everything the place is huge. I recommend downloading or going online and have a 40% off one item coupon ready to show the cashier because you could buy something for $40 and get it for around $30. This place is usually really clean staff is friendly and helpful and there are little pamphlets in the sections where the pains the stained glass the paper mache that tells you new ways of creating something of your own and beadwork bracelets necklaces everything there is instructions and project ideas that you can just pull them off and take them with you theyre very inspirational and informative.

Love their sales. Glassware one week, wood the next. Their staff isnt extremely helpful, each time that I go its truck day and they do not stop working or chatting amongst themselves unless you are overly assertive in gaining their attention. Their clearance areas are vast and full of great things. Their lines arent as bad as Wal-Marts but it isnt fun watching two to three workers stand in the front of the store laughing while one person rings a line of 5 people.

your so called customer service manager was an arrogant moron. how could you even make it around the store with knowing that you dont have all the answers. maybe if you took some time to listen you would not make these mistakes. you are human just like the rest of us. David Roberts needs to be reassigned period he has no knowledge of his products. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AS LONG AS HE IS IN CHARGE.

I gave three stars because of the diverse assortment of items they carry. My biggest issue was with the young staff. They didnt really seem to know where anything was at all. It takes up to three people to find one item. Some of the staff were of course rude. I think Ill start ordering more things online. Less time wasted and no unhappy employees.

No customer service! Asked 3 different employees for assistance and none were helpful! They were preoccupied with restocking during the middle of the business day. I was looking for inks and the best response was pointing to a general area, but didnt know of any specific products. Prices I did see seemed to be on the high side.

This store is slightly smaller than the older stores around the country, but it still has a fantastic selection of products. Its Michaels, Joann Fabrics and a home decorating store all rolled into one. One stop shopping, great customer service, outstanding product line. So happy they finally made it to Tucson!

Has anyone noticed the post with 1 stars came within hours, days of each other. With means someone is bitter and decided to slander this store using different Handles. I dont know what happened there, but what I do know is some stores actually do deserve 1 star rating etc.

It is so frustrating they are closed on Sunday! Hobby Lobby is always clean and have friendly staff willing to help and provide input into your craft project. They have a wide selection of home decor and craft supplies that you can easily kill a few hours.

If you love arts and crafts, this place has nearly everything you could like. If you like furnishings that have the worn look, there is a decent selection here. I was disappointed that I couldnt find anything related to model vehicles.

Awesome selection and prices. Tons of staff around to answer any questions. They even told me about upcoming sales. Found some great stuff for my kids on clearance too. Wide array of things to choose from in decor, fabric, toys, etc.

I love this place! Lots and lots and lots of things here for just about any hobby! They always seem to have sales, good sales, going on. You can pull up on your phone a 40% off coupon for 1 item when you check-out.

Manager was rude, didnt really want to help me. Flowers were very picked over, couldnt tell me if they have more coming in. Checkout lady didnt want to take my coupon off my phone. Possibly wont shop there again.

This is a great place for Hobbies.....hence the name sometimes it feels like everything is just jammed in there and there is no real system in place but the staff is actually helpful in finding stuff
