I recently had an autographed jersey framed here. The girl at the counter was helpful and made great recommendations; but I was BLOWN AWAY by the "recommended" cost being over $1,000. I was just buying a frame and matting, not an autographed jersey! There was a sale of course, so that brought the cost down below $500, but still, thats a LOT of coin for cutting wood and cardboard. The girl then explained that they would press the jersey and stitch it onto a backing so that it would not sag or hang and would look professional. And they were going to call me when it was ready. Three weeks later I WENT to the store, had to hunt someone down and it was the same girl who said "I saw that they hadnt called you so I was going to do that today." She opened the packaging, and while the frame and matting were great, the jersey was held to the backing with STRAIGHT PINS. About 10 of them. I could have bought a frigging frame, matting and a box of straight pins for less than $200, and done it in a day. This store charges way too much for everything, and 1/2 of what they have is made in china crap, and from what I see, the staff and "professionalism" is non-existent.

Im not usually an arts and crafts route of person... At all, but, my girlfriend suggested we make a scrap book for our recent road trip. Finding what we needed was fairly easy, though it amazes me that theres so much Christian propaganda here, and almost nothing to do with science or space. They have tons of items for sports, items praising God™ and very little that even relates to math, science, space, or other educational subjects. I guess it may be because the corporation was given the right to discriminate against its female employees thanks to the citizens united rulings, it also figured these academic subjects arent within Gods™ plan.

Good large craft store. Sometimes it is a bit of hit or miss if you can find staff to help you if you have questions. But once found they are always very helpful. Also some times line to check is a bit long, so I guess staffing is over all issue. Watch for sales and coupons to make get great savings!

We recently had a custom framing job done at this Michaels location. Everyone that we dealt with, from start to finish, was nothing short of phenomenal. Not only was the price great, but the service that they provided was superb. We are so happy with our newly framed artwork.

I do a lot of DIY projects and every time I have gone to this particular Michaels they have been rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all! I only go to Jo Anns now if I can help it as I have had multiple bad experiences at Michaels, espeically at this store!

Friendly staff and great selection. Even a few days before Christmas with the store being mobbed with last minute shoppers, the shelves and items were well organized and the store was clean. it was also well staffed with all registers open.
