I am going to complain to the manager the next time I am in there. Had the worst experience with an employee. She was an older lady with shoulder-length white hair who cut upholstery fabric for me. The store was pretty empty since it was around 6:00pm on a Wednesday night. I brought the fabric to the cutting tables and was the only person waiting while the lady with shoulder-length white hair spoke to another employee about who should take lunch first. They ignored me and continued to talk about their lunches for almost five minutes until the white-haired lady looked at me and pointed to the counter and said, "put that over there." I bring the fabric over there and set it down and she heads over and starts cutting it. I tried to help her hold the fabric down so it wouldnt slide and she snapped, "if youre going to help, do this." She pointed to the other end of the fabric and so I tried to figure out what she meant and held down that end. She then snapped, "no, push it. PUSH IT!" I didnt know what she meant. She then sighed heavily and said, "NEVERMIND." Then she cocked her eyebrow and said, "what are you doing with this?" I told her I was covering some couch arms and she said, "you need six yards for that?" I said, "I am also covering some big pillows that come with the couch." She says nothing from there on out and huffs and puffs as she works. She finishes and then says in a sickeningly sweet voice, "thank you!" It was so strange! I couldnt believe she thought her tone and attitude was acceptable. Horrible experience! Someone her age should know better! I hope shes not a manager.

No custom framing department even though the website said that they did under the NorthGlenn and Westminster location.... Need to update Your website and give your customers accurate info!!! I drove to two Jo-Annes the one in Westminster. Westminster used to have a framing department at the old location, at the new location on Sheridan no framing department, ok fine. So i looked at Joannes website and drove to the NorthGlenn location as it also said custom framing department, only to find out when I got there that this Joannes dont have one either... I was told I have to go to Loveland or Denver or Colorado Springs !?!?! As I have now waisted over hour of my time driving around town. I will be taking all my business to Hobby Lobby or Michaels from now on.

Great selection and prices. However while in line to check out a woman who was behind me in line plowed right into me. Instead of asking her to please be considerate of other customers, Tina the cashier decided to call her to the till ahead of me. Remember she was in line BEHIND me, and got to cut the line after running her butt right into me. Guess they like to reward bad behavior and Ill be getting my beading supplies at Michaels.

I went in needing some help on a project, with some trepidation as I am neither a crafter or a DIYer. The associate who helped me (I believe Amanda) helped me find the correct fabric, calculate the project deminsions, cut the right amount, and calculate potential pricing on some possible additions (foam, batting, etc.) All with a great attitude. Thanks for helping my project get off the ground!

Very understaffed, and very unhelpful employees...I asked for help to find a product and was told that if I didnt see it on a peg then they didnt have it. Well...obviously I didnt see it thats why I was asking for help. I wasnt escorted or helped out at all. Was very rude. Not impressed. Wont be back.

Worst customer service ever at this store I do have a few tattoos, and Im younger. Doesnt mean I dont love to craft, and create. Ill certainly being heading to Michaels and Hobby lobby for my craft needs.

Joanns always has all the crafting supplies I need, I am glad everything is fairly easy to find. Service is always friendly while checking out but there are not many employees on the floor to assist.
