I shop there often and the entire staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and eager to please. Never had a bad -- or even unpleasant -- experience -- theyre super. The store managers are available for questions or comments and -- if I had to pick one outstanding staff member it would be Karen -- but, theyre all great! The sales are terrific and there always seems to be stock on hand for whatever you want -- if its not there -- just ask -- theyll order it for you! Absolutely, a GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR FRAMING, and ART OR CRAFTS supplies!!!!

When I walked in, everything was neat and clean. I asked an employee where tli coukd find Tim Holtz products and she just pointed and said "over there" They had canvases that were on sale next to canvases that werent which made it very confusing, and there was nobody around to answer my question about price. The checkout lady was kind of rude and kept asking me to become a rewards member after I politely said no three times.

I was a little disappointed to pay $300 to get something framed -- and that was after the "every day 60% off discount" plus an extra 10% off special. This was only for frame and mounting, no mat or glass. I guess we all know that the everyday 60% off is a gimmick, but I was still stunned at the final price.

Nice people. Im too proud to ask where anything is and knew it was going to be a chore to find the large grommets in a giant craft store. Someone promptly asked me if I needed help and showed me straight to the grommets and in was out in under five minutes.
