The store has the usual cornucopia of crafting and decorative wares, but I had a terrible experience with the framing department in October. It took them a month to frame two prints for me and it was partly because they took my order for a certain frame then didnt tell me until a week later that it was out of stock. Then they told me they were ordering it but it took so long that one smart employee finally suggested using a similar product and it finally got done (which the other couldve done the second they realized it was out). Had I not called weekly it probably wouldve taken even longer. The work itself and the pricing were satisfactory.

When asked if they had a certain item...they told me that they did but got there, found out they really didnt. That was the most annoying thing...DO NOT TELL SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THAT YOU HAVE SOMETHING WHEN YOU REALLY DONT!!!!!!! this came from the worker named...Kylie!
