I had a weird experience here. I was excited about this store since its so big, and their prices are great. I love crafts and decor but Im pretty disappointed in your employees. It just takes one bad experience for someone to form an aversion to a place. I work in customer service and I realize how crazy people can be but Im a little blown away by the way I was treated by your cashier Natalie and the Supervisor. Tone, action, and problem solving abilities by happy and resourceful workers are what makes businesses successful and NONE of this was displayed by these individuals. I left feeling disrespected and angry. Im going to avoid this location and make the drive out to Parker, or spend a few more dollars and go to a closer craft store from now on and I would recommend everyone else do the same unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen and an idiot.

Worst store ever, i purchased 115$ worth of frames. I left my girlfriend to get chik fila and came back to them saying she got caught stealing. They took her in the back searched her purse, all for a ball of yarn and a cup that totaled like 4$. She offered to pay for it when the buzzers went off because of it under the frames. They told her they have to pay everytime the alarm goes off and now she is banned for a year. Needless to say this is the worst store and staff i have ever had to deal with. They even accused me of stealing just because i left to get food.

I took in a bag of yarn for my a latch hook so I could match the color, ibought 6 bags of yarn and put the one I brougt with .me, as I left the sensor went off the manager checked my receipt and accused me of stealing a bag of yarn. She actually was going to call the manager so they check the camera. The manager came over checked my receipt counted how many bags I had and told the other manager that I did bring a bag of yarn with me. I have NEVER felt so insulted. I have to take one color back and wiii shop at Michaels or Herschners.

Fervor

DO NOT USE THEIR FRAMING DEPARTMENT. Framing department unwilling to work with me after waiting over two weeks to tell me they bent a custom picture I had them custom frame. Instead of giving me a discount they offered to make me wait for them to find and buy a replacement and reframe it when Ive already waited 2.5 weeks for them to tell me they ruined my product. Way to make things right guys, Great customer service (saracasm)

Awesome quality products. Better price than other local hobby stores. The support staff was friendly and helpful. It seemed like there was a lot of empty holes on the shelves. They were out of stock on 2 of my paint items, the cashiers made me smile. Although it sucks they are closed on Sundays and i dont agree with the in your face bible pounding, hobby lobby is one of the best value and hobby stores in aurora colorado.

I loved it, it truly is a paradise for old people and artists. It has everything from home decorations to something an artists would want such as trendy, urban(basically hipster) ornaments, art, posters. I would think this is right for art teachers too as it has fragrance made from wood and additional things such as Eiffel Towers to hang around. This is right for a home maker, architect, designer, or anything in between.

I went to hobby lobby a couple days ago and was able to find everything I needed. I asked one of the staff about doing hand painting on a canvas and he told me what is best to use and clean up. I went to Michaels today and was very disappointed, couldnt find anything and the prices were almost double of hobby lobby. I will only be shopping at hobby lobby from now on!

I absolutely fell in love with this Hobby Lobby they have so many cool ideas arts and crafts and oh my gosh go check out their clocks and they are amazing and the workers are so nice and they help you with anything that you need at least with my service they did I must say this is been the cleanest Hobby Lobby Ive ever been to.

Glad they moved so they are right off the bus line. The lady who works in yarn is always helpful and friendly. The cashiers are hit or miss. Sometimes they are friendly and take the cup in right off my phone other times they seem Put off by them. The store is bright and clean.

The staff are friendly; the lines are usually long, but it seems its just the process of checking out and nothing to do with slower or inexperienced cashiers; floral department is lacking compared to other stores; good selection of home décor.

This is a newish store. Its huge! All the crafting supplies you could want! Staff is friendly. Make sure to use the coupon on your smart device, usually you can get 1 item for 40% off. Just dont go on a Sunday they are closed

Never enough cashiers, long lines the manager is weird and not helpful at all!! Pretty disapoonted they need corporate to step in an revamp the people!!!! I will travel as far as I need to just to go to another location!!!!

No long lines when I was there around 2pm on a Monday afternoon; got a lot of great stuff from clearance, and the manager on duty seemed very on top of things and exemplified good customer service.
