SHOCKED at the male manager that I encountered at Michaels this morning at 11:00am. After being helped by a woman earlier in the day, I returned to adjust a simple miscommunication on the coupons I was using. Smiling, I asked for help and was directed to a manager. I kindly asked for assistance in the matter to which he responded with clear frustration, rudeness, shortness, and even proceeded to smack the five dollar bill that I was due back down towards me saying "so were good here?" rudely, without making eye contact. It is remarkably unprofessional to be directly obnoxious to a customer, especially one who is genuinely communicating courteously and had just spend over $100 dollars at your shop. I will certainly be contacting the owner of this particular chain of Michaels. P.s. Thank you ladies, you two were helpful and delightful.

Excellent customer service! Yes. It actually still exists in rare pockets of the world! While walking through the store I noticed a customer struggling to load her overflowing cart with two large pillows. Almost immediately, an employee walked up and asked if she could take the pillows to the check out area so the customer didnt need to make room in the cart. Give that lady a raise! Then, as my family was walking to the car, our cashier came running into the parking lot to give us some merchandise we accidentally dropped on the way out. And then she took our cart so we didnt have to return it. Why cant all my shopping experiences be this pleasant?! Well done!

WORST STAFF EVER> Rude, young, ill mannered teenagers. The "management" was even worse, which is why the staff is terrible as well. The Manager literally threatened a staff member and then turned to the other staff and they all shared a laugh. When I complained, the "manager" and her "posse" proceeded to argue with me until I walked out of the store. I called to speak with the store manager, who was equally as rude until he heard my story...hopefully they will take a close look at their staff, as this is the WORST Michaels store I have ever been to. I will literally drive father to avoid this store.

The Manager Michelle and 2 associates went above and beyond for me last weekend with a coupon return and new purchase. I have a Graduation coming up in May, planning a combined party for 5 kids, 3 flights, a nieces wedding to help make things for and countless other things to take care of in a few short months. I am bleeding money right now and need to save everywhere I can. I honestly cannot thank them enough for all of their help. I will be again this weekend for more shopping :)

One of the bigger Michaels stores in the area, but the staff isnt very friendly Every time I go there I feel like I have to look all over the store to track them down and when you ask one of them a question its like youre inconveniencing them.

This is a pleasant big box craft store. This particular location is neatly maintained, employees are eager to assist and friendly, usually they have whatever it is Im looking for at any time.

Staff is very friendly and super helpful. Parking is bit hairy, especially if you need a disabled spot. They have a fantastic selection of seasonal, wedding, and jewelry making supplies.

Came in to buy a picture frame for a painting. Wasnt able to find the size I was looking for (22in X 30in) but they had some good sales.
