This is a small store and the lady (younge blonde with freckles) checking me out was extremely rude. I cancelled the sale to get another item, and she had bagged two things. When I went back into the store isle with my two children, and the bagged items, she said "please dont steal that". I told her I wasnt interested in stealing... I would say that is the rudest thing Ive ever heard while shopping. Horrible experience. She then did my final checkout and shouldnt be working with people.

I made a call to this location to help a guest I was working with and the last person I talked to was a bit rude. She tried telling me how to do my job and made a snotty remark about how I should have told her what department the fabric was in, when I actually said where before put on hold. And besides that you should have a handheld to tell you where its located.

The location is small and not like the others we have been to. The main reason I am giving 2 stars is the clerk was kinda rude to me and my wife. She seamed as though she also did not have very good social skills. If you are going to have someone talk with people all day and serve them as a customer they need to have top notch people skills. Just saying !!

Jo-Ann is by far my favorite craft supply store in Greeley. They accept multiple coupons and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that their selection is a bit smaller but its not enough to lower my rating because they have fantastic holiday/seasonal items and I have found some amazing craft items on clearance here!

This is a favorite place of my wifes, however after visiting the store with her, Im giving this a 1 star bad rating because the store manager seems to think its ok to not cover for a sick employee. Isnt that your job? Now I gotta worry about getting what your sick cashiers have!!! Very poor management! !

I love this location! This is one of the best locations Ive visited. The staff are friendly and considerate. The store is a little small but it still has a large variety of fabrics and other craft supplies. I have visited other Jo-Anns before and this one has given me by far the best experience.

This store can try your patience. Not enough help at any given time after you walk in the door. Very poor management. I wish a company supervisor would realize this and work to turn this store around for the good.

The craft stores are still alive! They cut a lot of fabric so sometimes you have to take a number but thats a good thing that they actually have that option. Ever tried to get fabric at the mega chain place?
