Poor customer service...They do sell some good products, but I had a similar experience to Rebecca. I also received an email that was not nice in the least in response to some issues I had with the description of certain products on the website not being a fair representation of the actual products. I, too, was a first time customer, and one would imagine a business would want to make it right to retain the customer, but not them. The woman who responded claimed no one else ever had an issue with them before, and it clearly must be my problem. No effort at all to make it right. She expected me to reorder, and my response was that I would be doing business elsewhere in the future.

Placed an order and accidentally added a number in my address. They sent me a not so nice email stating they were charging me $15 for my error. This was my first order placed with them and of course this was hidden in their info that most people click through as opposed to reading pages of ......it is a cost that UPS charges them and they pass on to the customer. We had a business for 38 years and I would never sacrifice a customer over $15........that is what they did and they were not nice about it in the least. That says a lot to me about their integrity....there are lots of businesses out there selling the same products.......I would look elsewhere if I were you......

Always get great service from Elements Bath and Body. Their fragrances are top notch and beat many of the others who sell similar. They ship out quickly and I usually receive my order in a couple of days. Pricing is fair as is their shipping costs. I always go back to Elements to keep stock on favorite scents. It also never fails that when I get sample scents with my order, I usually end up buying full sizes, the fragrances are just so great! In fact, Im on my way to buy more now!

This company is a rip off, beware, they sent me the wrong item and charge me $10 for a rush order that I didnt want. We I asked to exchange the incorrect item, they didnt want accept returns nor do they do exchanges or send out you out the correct product. Products are sub par, horrible customer service. We as a company will never use them again and you should do the same. Its sad when other companies dont value small businesses.
