A Private User

The first person we asked decided to tell us they didnt carry iron on mending tape and so we called a couple other places while sitting on the bench outside of the store. After around 5 minutes we decide to go and look around because they had a lot of items. We ended up finding a person to help us and they took us to 4 different parts of the store!!! We finally found our item and they decided to say it wasnt the item we were looking for... Even though is said iron on mending tape at the top!!! I would recommend going to this store. But find the items on your own instead of being dragged around for 10 minutes....

I always find super helpful, thoughtful employees here who kave knowledge beyond basic product knowledge. These employees really know what theyre doing because theyre all crafters, too. Sometimes the selection can be a bit limited because they are a mall location, and I do regret that I dont have a ship to store option when shopping online (again, because of the mall location). However, the fact that I can go in there and ask a crafty but non- store question, Im guaranteed to find someone who knows the answer and is very willing to help me out.

My wife does most of her yarn/crafting supply shopping here among other local stores. So far we have. It had one bad experience while shopping here. Each time when we check out if we have forgotten to look up the Joann coupons for the day the cashier will remind us and helped me pull them up on the phone so we ended up saving about $15 on the purchases we got that day. If you are into crafting my wife and I would recommend this place to check out for a good variety of crafting supplies.

One of (honestly) two nationwide craft stores. Employees here are a little sparse, but helpful. If youre going here, youre looking for specific things you cant really find anywhere else, and theyll probably have it. Dont forget your coupon, can just get it off your phone if need be.
