I really did like going here. When I was there last, a "ghost shopper" was obviously watching me. I dont know why they thought I was trying to steal something, but she wasnt trying to be discreet. I was looking for the perfect set of watercolor pencils, and as I looked around the store, I did often pick up something that had already been opened by someone else. I dont know if they just thought I had opened those things, but I was embarrassed and left. The cashier, whom I had seen before, was suddenly cold to me. Could be unrelated, but it felt horrible to be followed around and watched the entire time I was there. The employee could have at least pretended to shop for something. It almost felt like she wanted me to leave because she assumed I was stealing. I think I will just go to Hobby Lobby instead.

When came here I was looking for Extreme Dot to Dots Around the US. I ask a employee he said come back Saturday and they probably will have it restock . I came back Saturday they didnt have it restock. There was no empolyees around to help me. There suppose to go around and ask customers if there finding everything ok. This never happen to me. So please if your reading my review order your item online then waste your time and gas on your car to come here. I did order my Extreme Dot to Dots on a website called MindWare. This store also dont sell cross stitches I never heard of a craft store that doesnt sell cross stitches go to Hobby Lobby for cross stitches they have better selection .

I used to love this store but then out of nowhere they began refusing to take multiple coupons of the same type (you cant use two 40% off a regular priced item) so when I go I usually only grab a couple items. Then I left feedback about the change because the cashier was rude when she informed me. I did get an immediate response from a manager which was nice but it was a really strange interaction and they told me to ask for the manager next time I came in so we could "discuss it". It all felt really odd so I just limit what I spend there now because other stores accept multiple coupons as long as the barcodes arent the same so its not worth the struggle.

Poor customer service. Had poster board in a clearance bin. When I told them the price rang up wrong they had someone check and said it was mis-stocked and would not honor the price. When I told them to cancel my entire purchase they decided to honor the price on the shelf. I should not have had to fight over their stocking mistake.

Big, organized, friendly staff. Some prices are prices higher than they should be and it best to shop around first, but there are bargains to be found, and they do carry unique items that would be hard to find elsewhere.

Michaels is a great craft and hobby store located in a great area plenty of parking and handicapped parking as well. Opened 7 days a week yes, there open in Sundays. Michaels always have a 40% off coupon.
