I enjoy the variety of items available at hobby lobby, at prices that are often cheaper than JoAnns. If possible? I recommend going somewhere else. The staff here is often incompetent. Example: Shopping the oil paint sets. A box of 12 small pigment tubes broke open at some point, because i picked it up, and got green oil paint ALL OVER my hand (It was on the back of the box on the shelf so i didnt see it), my clothes, and my friend who tried to help got it on her. (Anyone who has used oil paint understands what a horrible thing this was to have happen). We went to staff and asked for paper towels, or help opening the bathroom door (we didnt want to get paint on everything) and were answered with huffs and eye rolls. Went to management. Their response? "WEll thats why this box was taped and marked as cheaper than the other ones just like it." No apology for this happening (and they KNEW it was an issue), nothing. We finally finish getting the things wed come for, and leave.. Another trip: were in the checkout line. 5+ people in line. And FOUR employees standing two registers over chit-chatting. Yes, they were discussing pets, and dating, and shoes. Nothing work related. When the gal in front of us asked for another lane? They told the woman she didnt understand, they were BUSY, and couldnt assist. It was horrible. 2 stars because hobby lobby wasnt the problem. The staff is.

Its like every other hobby lobby. Its a home interior store with only a dozen isles of hobby products. Great if you can find what you need but I wouldnt ask any employees much about the stuff as most "just work there" and dont actually know about most of the hobby products being sold. But if you are looking to decorate you house these stores are for you. I feel like the name of these stores should be "Home Decor Plus" and not hobby lobby.

Out of the two craft stores in town, Hobby Lobby has a much larger selection and better prices. If it werent for Hobby Lobby I wouldnt have been able to DIY my wedding or build the cosplays I do. It sucks they arent open on Sundays but I get it. Staff members are few and far between and can rarely answer crafting questions but are always friendly. Id recommend this place over Joannes any day. Dont forget the coupon in the app!

One of my favorite stores! The items available are great quality with good prices. My favorite thing about Hobby Lobby is how every week something is on sale and then the next week something else is for sale. Every other week the frames are hugely discounted and I love it! The customer service is usually good as well with the occasional rude cashier, 9/10 times the cashiers have been very nice and helpful.

im not aloud to go to hoblob because i spend way too much. very clean and organized and they have everything you could ask for! only complaint is carts are to small for me to fill! lol! and when you buy something big they dont have the proper packaging to wrap it. still love this place. and its on Hart roaddd! thats my last namee! its fateeee!

After holidays very good prices to stock up for the following year. I buy my kids school party supplies this way. Being in Pueblo, its a sure bet for most school project supplies, crafts, and home decor trends. For those who want the obscure art, baking, photography, fake flower arrangements etc...its a one stop shop for all.

Store needs updating terribly! They do have a wide selection of items and household things. Offer good sales and coupons. Cash registers are out dated, so transactions take extra time to complete which holds up the checking out process. Customer service quality is a hit or miss.

Well it has all of the stuff I need, however, majority of the staff is rude and act as though they are inconvenienced by you. Dont dare ask a question about why you werent given the sale price for an item... Dont ask anything at all for that matter.
