The giant metal rolling ladders are always blocking the aisles… every time… no matter what. They lock at the bottom so you cant even move them out of your way (not that its my job). I wouldnt complain about it if it wasnt a problem…like everyday... and they are not being used…ever. On the bright side the prices are fair and they have a wide selection. Would prefer Michaels over Hobby Lobby.

Didnt have what I was looking for and didnt have workers around to ask for help in finding it. When I needed to check out there was only one person and there was a line. On the good side, I got a frame a needed at 60% off and the store was clean. They also had a few summer classes going on which is cool, but the ones my boys wanted were full already.

This is our Second favorite Michaels store. It is always well organized and clean and the staff is always ready to help. The customers here are a little snooty most of the time thus making it not our absolute favorite location.

A big store with a huge variety of crafting material and art stuff. Store was clean and tidy. They have a lot off discounts for a lot of things. Also go online and get coupons

Absolutely horrible service and inappropriate staffing. The cashiers are not only extremely slow, but they only have one open register with a line to the back of the store.
