PLEASANT-Demonstrated Good inter personnel skills to her Co-Workers, who were too busy to speak, or offer any assistance! PROFESSIONAL-Qualified to market and sell both Products & Services! In general they stink. The local parts store has gone walmart. They offer a lot of junk. Its sad. I rarely can get what I want anymore. Have to go to a store in the industrial park or online. The staff isnt knowledgeable enough to help anyone past an oil change kit or headlight bulb. And they screw that up sometimes. This store in particular is my last ditch stop when Im looking for a particular oil weight thats sold out elsewhere.

I ordered an air filter on Monday, it was supposed to be ready for pick up on Thursday for my trip to Ohio on Friday. They didnt ordered, I had to go somewhere else to get the filter.
