Spoke to Bill on the phone today, my serpentine belt went out and I needed a new one. He was very helpful and prompt making sure that the part was in stock and that they did physically have it. He walked me through getting it warrantied and making sure it was ready for pick up. He also took the info of who was picking it up for me so I didnt have to borrow a car or risk driving mine further. He was great about providing accurate store hours as well (its a holiday weekend) so I knew exactly when I could pick it up. Really great service, and the part was affordable. 5/5.
