Waited 15 minutes for someone to to ring me up! I went in last night at 9:00pm. I like that they are open till 10pm. Grabbed my gallon of washer solvent in about 30 seconds and walked up to the front register. Female manager on duty was closing out a register while two other customers and I look at her. She never looks up, makes eye contact, says someone will be with you or any type of acknowledgement at all. Two girls on the parts counter were assisting customers on the phone and handling a return. Finally Hunter (one of the parts girls) comes over and rings us up. How can a manager not ensure the most important part of a business is not being taken car of "PUT THE MONEY IN THE REGISTER!" There where more employees than customers in the store and it takes 15 minutes to take my money. Never again!

Staff is helpful and willing to work with you to make sure youre getting exactly what you need. They replaced my battery under warranty even though I didnt buy it there. Their selection is just like every other Auto Zone. Since this place is on Mountain Road, I would avoid visiting during rush hour as youll never be able to get back out onto the street, especially if you have to cross traffic.

"Always" understaffed. Its got to be a management problem because I mean everytime I go in for something, its a wait. One time two guys smoking beside the store while a line 30 long inside with one poor bastard pulling parts "and" handling checkout! While what appeared to be a manager stocking shelves! 15 years as a supervisor here, and heads would be rolling.

The staff is very unknowable of the product they sell! Try to get wiper blades and they cant even find you the CORRECT style and housing you need. If they did less goofing off and more work, maybe they could find the right info in the computer. Customer service is a joke at this Autozone, every time!

They always have everything that I need. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. I feel like their prices for certain things (this time light bulbs) were extremely expensive then in past times. I just ended up going to WalMart and buying the bulbs I needed.

Nathan was great!!! He answered all my questions gave the right parts and explained there function so I was more understanding of what I was buying. I was there about 10 mins. Great service and after looking at other places they have fair prices.

For an auto store its surprisingly clean. Everything you need is ery organized and there are only about four aisles to navigate. Not sure what you need? No problem they can look up info about your car and/or truck and get you what you need.

Not my favorite AutoZone. Itll work in a pinch but the service isnt the greatest. The store doesnt seem as well lit as it should be. And the parking lot can be kind of a pain to get in and out of sometimes.

They tested the battery in my Mazda 3 and put in a new one in less than 20 minutes. I was luck and caught the before the got busy. Great service.

I intentionally drive by the Glen Burnie Zone and go here. Staff are competent and professional. Store is never too busy for someone to assist.

Fairly typical for what youd expect of an AutoZone. Underpaid staff that work as hard as theyre paid, so low quality customer service.
