I love Town Square Auto, because their prices are fair, and they do good work in a timely manner. At first, I was unsure about taking my Mini Cooper to a local shop as opposed to the dealership, but this has NOT been a problem at all! They are great about telling me which repairs are essential and what might be needed later on, so I can budget for it. Overall, a great customer experience.

Ive bought 2 complete sets of tires there and each time Jose has treated me like I was his only customer. Both times the car was ready on time and work was priced competitively. Have taken a few cars there for safety inspection. And had the AC recharged on 2 vehicles. Last car I took there was told it would need about $2k worth of repairs to pass. Most of that was in labor. Took the vehicle to another shop for a 2nd opinion, they said everything checked out fine.

Terrible...I had to get my vehicle fixed one week after town square fixed my vehicle..had to do same repair of water pymp because the mechanic uelsed the wrong engine coolant..costly experience and a very bad mechanics shop...
