Was in town for my grandmothers funeral when my 09 Traverse started misfiring. Took it to another mechanic first who quoted me with about $3k worth of repairs. A friend of mine recommended I have Dana check it out, so I took it to Maryland Transmissions for a second opinion. Dana told me that two cylinders were misfiring and new coil packs would fix the problem. When I explained that I needed to leave the next morning to go back to NC, he sent one of his employees to a Chevy dealership in DC to pick up the part and stayed an hour past closing time to make sure the car was properly fixed and I was back on schedule. A so called $3000 issue was fixed for about 1/10th of that and three months later, I have had no further issues. I would recommend this shop to anyone and only wish I knew of a place like this down in NC where I live.
