I am so very grateful for Grayson at store # 1120 in California, MD. I am here on business and I got a nail in my tire, but unfortunately all the tire repair shops were closing soon. My husband told me to go to AutoZone to buy a tire patch kit. I walked into the store and a gentleman directed me to the patches. He then took one look at me in my business attire and heels and offered to patch the tire for me bc he said "he didnt want me to have to lay on the assault and do it myself". He then proceeded to lay on the assault and jack up the car, remove the tire, remove the nail (which was a masonry nail and really stuck in there), and patch the hole. Mind you, it was over 90 degrees out; he was pouring sweat. I apologized that it was a lot of work and he said "its not a problem; I enjoy this part of my job the most". He was the kindest person!!! Thank you so much, Grayson!!!

Ordered online to pick up in store the drum brake hardware for a Prius. When I got there to pick it up, they gave me a bag of parts that was taped shut. When I asked about that, the cashier opened the bag and dirt and grease fell out. Additionally, one of the springs had the paint scraped off of it. This was the only one they had in stock and my car was apart so I took it home. Turns out that some of the springs were either broken or bent out of shape. Not the first time Ive had a bad experience at an Autozone. Never again.

If you want professionalism, 1 on 1 service, recommendations and advice without talking down to you - I recommend Auto Zone - they have a few older experienced ASE gentlemen that work there and LOVE helping people. They recommended cheaper products to us when they could have made the sale and recommended the more expensive options, but the cheaper option provided the same functionality/reliability as the more expensive option. To me, the extra service is worth a little more over Wal Mart.

My check engine light came on and Grayson at Autozone connected me to a hand-held computer and quickly diagnosed the issue! It was a small thing; what a relief! Autozone (and Grayson) saved me at least $200 and a big headache because I didnt have to make an appointment at the dealership or take off work. I can keep on driving!

After ordering a AC pulley clutch replacement, I came in to pick it up and it was for a water pump. The "woman" behind the counter had a attitude for something not my fault for any reason. Dont go there.

I was looking for a boat battery. The service was okay, the e.ployee was not very knowledgeable but his persistence with the manager help located the battery I needed in the LaPlata store.
