I called asked if they had tires they said yes we have plenty. Went down later that day they had none. Very cocky and arrogant. Saint Claire was no better tried to charge me double for an oil change. Never again going there for anything.

Husband went for a tire rotation. They declined the service because they could not get the lugnets off. They were the ones that put the tires on when we bought them! Poor customer service. Complete laziness.

Been in line since 8:30 am. Still waiting 1 and 1/2 hours later with only 3 cars ahead of mine. Lousy. I understand stuff happens, but cars should be in and out quicker.
