I have to agree with the previous comment, I would give a negative star rating. Dont go here, the guys working there dont want to be there. The two gentleman that were in the store today (9/6/16) at 4pm were really off-putting. We came in to find out about options for my daughters phone, she has an upgrade available. The guys sitting behind the desk were not welcoming...in fact I really felt like I was waking them from a nap and was completely bothering them. There were no customers in the store so it wasnt like they were busy or helping someone else. They just seemed super unhappy and mumbled most of the time. Maybe they just hate their jobs? I tried asking a couple of questions and literally received one word responses. We live very close to the Aberdeen store but from now on well just go into Bel Air instead.

They love u when ur buying ur phones and/or starting ur plan with them but if u need to go in for anything other than that then ur just a number and I felt like they could care less, sadly this has happened every time we have gone in EXCEPT for the day we started our plans and were getting our phones. I usually go to another sprint location b/c of this

Was told my replacement phone would be there in 2 day and it did not arrive. Tried to find out more information and, Mike, did not seem to care to take the time to help me. I asked to have it shipped to a different store and he could not help me. I asked to speak to a manager and he could not help me.
