So yeah, there I was, I was in the position most people have found themselves in due to the "FLOURISHING" job market that we have in America these days. I knew my unemployment was running out, my bills were still coming in, and I had no job despite that I had been trying for about 10 months now to find a job to hold things down. So things werent good for me at all. I was living with that feeling of," Why do I even get up in the morning?" Yeah, it was bad. So one day, my friend who works at Target, says that they were going to call me for an interview, but they decided to hold me back to the next round of job hiring, because with my experience they thought I would be better suited for the department they would be hiring for next. So about a week later, I get a phone call from this Target, and they schedule an interview with me. I go in. And from what I thought, I aced the interview. The manager, Frankie, seemed a little weird when I told him about my last employer and how they pulled some shady garbage to get rid of me...yeah, Frankie, believe it or not, people cant always control if their employer is going to can them or not. Anyway, Frankie, said he had to interview everyone to be fair, and there were still some people left to interview, but Id get a call either way in about a week. So a week goes by, and my friend tells me they had orientation about 2 days before that. So I call Target and they told me I was rejected because of my interview. GREAT!!! This is the crap I want to put up with while looking for a job!!! Jerk me around as much as possible and in as much of an unprofessional manner as possible while I struggle to keep my bills paid and my sanity intact! How compassionate! THANKS!!! In Targets defense, I did get an email some time later telling me I was rejected. Wow, way to tell half truths there, Frankie! How hard is it to say," Well look at the other applicants, and if we think youre the best suited, well give you a call." (THE HONEST AND DIGNIFIED WAY OF ENDING AN INTERVIEW) I know of one other person they did this to. So yep, Target...a pig with lipstick IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD. Just a red, instead of blue, version of Wal-Mart that pulls all the same type of shady and unethical crap.

The so called customer service clerk Summer Joe was very rude and disrespectful and actually approached myself and my friend in a very threatening manner. Not only was she rude to me but I watched her belittle and ignore numerous people and as like always no employees were around to help any customers. She proceeded to tell us that the registry was broken and unable to print it for us and she was unable to print it from any other computer anywhere within the store which I know is incorrect. Seems that we were an inconvenience to her. My friend proceeded to go back to the registry computer and low and behold it did work. Looks like your employees need a lesson in manners and customer service as well as how to use your registry system. I know I will never shop your target again. She was very inappropriate and should not be working with the public in any way shape or form.

This Target is brand new and as such is very clean and neat. Its organized a little different than other Targets Ive been in but I think its for the better. It has a great mini-grocery area, so if we need to pick up some fruit/produce while were out we can without having to go to a separate store. The Team Members (Employees) seem to be well organized (the lines are well managed and very rarely will you see more than a few people in a given line). I have been able to find help anytime I needed it. And though I avoid asking technical questions in any of the department style stores, the employees I have asked about location and availably of products have always been able to help me.

Rate my experience: NOT GOOD Recently theyve hired "Seasonal help," to get them through the holidays. I would hope that this new caliber of help is not the new norm for Target. Rude, and ignorant of standard social norms, and inconsiderate and rough with delicate merchandise. Youre made to feel that you are inconveniencing the employees for making them do their job. If they are tired of me and others coming in to shop at their store, Ill spend my large amounts of money elsewhere.

Everytime I go in the employees are always very nice and open to helping me with my needs. Unlike walmart they have most registers open at all times. Also compared to walmart their prices are a little higher but I would much rather spend extra money than deal with the rude employees in walmart stores and and wait an hour in line to check out for 2 things. Also the buy online pick up in store is awesome and fast! always organized and quick pick up!

This is a decent Target, not that ive ever been in one that wasnt decent. However, this area is always very crowded. There is a ton of parking but its a high traffic area. Easily noticeable from the road and plenty of places to eat nearby. The Target itself is clean and organized. There is a small cafe area right inside the doors. There is also a Starbucks inside.

I just normally come here for the awesome Starbucks. The store I would not recommend, the people there are so stuck up and rude. So what if I dont want a red card, I DONT WANT IT... I DONT!!! SO DONT GET RUDE WHEN I SAY NO. Once again dont work at a place where you deal with people and you have a terrible attitude, quit. Simple.

The service was awful, the people were rude, and I used to go there and have great service but when I went it was awful, I got snapped at for asking a women working a question on the location of something and with the rudest attitude said "Im going on my break." Wont be back there anytime soon.

Who doesnt love target? Didnt have what I needed, or I didnt look hard enough. But I always grocery shop here and cant forget using cartwheel! Checkout was extremely busy and they were able to push through it and opened a few temporary registers to get customers through quickly as possible.

I like shopping here, however grocery is overpriced (Giant right next door=much better!). But word of advice: they barely hire anybody from the Exeter area. Dont ever expect to hear a word from them if you put in an application!!!

If you open a red card which links your checking account, you save an additional 5% on your total bill. Hey any savings is great.Decent choice of items. Has a Starbucks fresh fruits and veggies, other things too. Check it out.
