Wife exchanged a blender that we bought there because it was missing a part. The "customer service" woman gave her attitude (staring incredulously, sighing, slamming the box around) while making the exchange. Another time we tried redeeming a video game with a reservation card that we purchased. The rep seemed put out that he even had to help us. He wasnt able to find the game and told us "too bad" and made some excuse about the reservation card being expired (it wasnt, we tried redeeming on the release date on the card). He smiled when he said it. We were also out the cost of the reservation card. This is probably the worst store Ive ever shopped in. Ill gladly drive out of my way to go somewhere else. Target really needs to think about restaffing this store, starting with the top down.

Recently I was in here for groceries and I could not find what I was looking for; so gradually I asked for help and at first I was getting nowhere when I asked this kind young man named Jesus, he knew everything I wanted and knew exactly where to go and get it. He was very educated on the red card and this app cartwheel which I have never used but now will start to use. He seemed very well rounded with the store, this store is great to shop in! It neat and organized!! Keep up the good work!! You guys are awesome. Thank you oh and Mya I believe her name is; shes well rounded herself. She has helped me to in the past, these two should be strongly recognized!!

I love the discounts at Target! The store is always pretty clean and the associates are polite. What I can do without is when Im checking out and the cashier and another associate are having a "full blown" conversation about potato chips....smh. I was greeted nor was I told to have a good day; not that I cared to hear it....everyday is great for me. Management, get on your employees and inform them to keep the convo for their breaks.

Target has always been a great place has always surpassed my expectations they have the latest fashions and they have variety of makeup not my color exactly but I always end up spending a hundred or more dollars in there so its a great place to shop better than Walmart in my own opinion and you can even stop at Starbucks and get a coffee

I had an item to return. The process was fairly easy. I I browsed through the store it was very clean. I did see a couple items that I may return for. I thought one item was a little more costly so I decided to shop around 1st and if I cant find it anywhere else for lesser price I may go back to Target.

Close by my home. So-so selection and a boring, disinterested associates make this place a hit or miss. The over-priced coffee shop is always busy. I quit their pharmacy over a year ago when they switched to CV.

Love this location. Employees are fantastic. Very clean and organized store. No longer crazy lines are tolerated, they make sure customers do not wait long.Rather shop here than Walmart.

Usually not a busy location as theres a Walmart right down the street, this is a great alternative to their Wyomissing location. Its easily accessible, clean and has a Starbucks.

Prices are not bad. I order online and pick up in store with in 3 to 4 hours. Customer service is good. Relexed free to this Target. Not as over crowded like other stores.

Go here often. Worth the extra 5 minute drive to shop here, rather than Wal-Mart. Target is much cleaner and you dont wait 30 minutes to check out.
