So I preorder the elder scrolls online for the the xbox one on April 5 2014 and the game date kept getting pushed back so I ended up misplacing my receipt but I have a power up rewards card so I didnt worry I stopped by and checked on my preorder and the lady there told me I didnt have a game preordered so it went all through my recent purchases to show her and she insisted that sometimes the system updates weirdly and all this other nonsense it shows how much a paid that day and the sku number whatever that is I called customer service to see maybe if I preordered at a different store and no he pulled up my purchase just fine and said it was at this store. on a second occasion I went and traded in my 360 a sd a vita and several games and I got a pretty good trade value back and the same lady took my order she then types in all the credit I earned and says hey I think you traded in enough to get a free game and I was oh thats cool and I pick far cry 4 come to find out I get home read the receipt and there is no free game the woman took it out my credit! Like who does that? Next time I go Im getting her name and Im reporting her she gives you the run around every time you go in and youll ask her something and if she doesnt know she acts like shes typing something and then gives you a half ass response

when I went to game stop on tidewater dr for the first time ever and ask to buy grand theft auto v for the on sale price of 39.99. When I got to the front desk to check out the associate told me the game is cheaper if you buy use. The price difference was two dollars. I was so excited because I just saw that the game was $54 a week ago so I asked for five copies used Easter weekend to give to my family as gifts . I was told by the store manager billy, I could not buy more then one of the games because all You guys do is just return all and get my money back so he refuse to take my money. I asked him what do he mean by you guys always return Them. After calling customer service I still havent receive a call back from the director of the store. I am a 28year old man black man that loves games but dont like To be treated differently because of what you guys mostly do Im not you guys, Im a paying customer

Called and asked if they had a Nintendo Switch system for my kids birthday. The answer was yes but could give me no indication of how many they had and said one couldnt be held for me for 30 minutes to take a break from work to pick it up. 30 minutes later I walk in and asked if the Switch was still available....one employee said "no" and the other pulled one off the shelf. Seems with a popular system, everyone would be aware of the inventory status. The manager came out and gave a spill about how Gamestop cant hold systems. I voiced my frustration about hearing different policies from different stores, one included "we can only sell bundled systems because of scalping". The manager at this Gamestop then asked me if I was going to scalp the system I was buying. Clowns....

I walked in with the intentions of just picking up MW3 and walking out. In front of me was a person of light complexion and the sales rep had a nice long chat with him, despite the line getting long. When it was my turn the sales guys attitude changed entirely. I asked if he had MW3 and he looked upset. He looked at the previous customer and said " I hate call of duty, its full of racist pricks". Not once while they were talking did any mention of race appear. I guess because I am of brown complexion he immediately wanted to talk about race issues. Smh I wont be going here anymore, the store has some ignorant employees on their payroll...

Every time I go to do a "Hold Request" through the app its always declined. This is the only store that declines it. Either they are just declining it on purpose through their POS because they dont want to take the second to go look for the game and set it aside or they have a real bad inventory issue, because when I call and ask why it was declined they always respond with "We dont have it." Well if this is 4th time happening to me with this store maybe you need to make sure your employees are actually doing their weekly counts. Just saying...

Not the best Gamestop I go up there but some of the employees dont know a lick about systems or games and there basic knowledge of gaming in general is subpar at best I argued about how I cant save on the cloud without internet smh and unorganized my son wanted a game they had on display and they didnt even have it and they could be quite rude

I have used a lot of gamestops in the area but this is by far the best! I reserve all of my games here and this is where I go for any gaming needs. Most of the staff know what they are talking about and are also extremely helpful!

If your going to promote your business on here try to have your hours correct. I just tried stopping in, as the hours stated "open till 9pm" and when I got there it was closed and the hours said 6 on Sunday.

Excellent service. I went into the Gamestop at Military circle and was not seen too. It was like I was invisible. The Gamestop on Tidewater Drive was INFINITELY better as far as customer service.

Biggest selection of games Ive seen at a gamestop yet. Excelent employees who knew what they were talking about. Its an hour drive to and from and I will gladly make the trip.
