As a former employee and long time customer Ive been in my fair share of these stores. There is admittedly a sense of overwhelming when it comes to the pro card sales and pre-order pitches but again, as an employee I understand the system. This location has a staff that seems to balance the messages that are required of them with a deep knowledge base making shopping easy and convenient. There are many normal shoppers that will only step into a Gamestop once or twice during their busy lives, and thankfully this is one I would recommend for them over and over. Knowledgeable, friendly, and goes the extra mile while making the experience as painless as possible.

I was a loyal customer of the Gamestop on Lititz Pike but this location in Lititz is more convenient and, somehow, manages to be superior from a service and knowledge perspective.
