RadioShack is way overpriced in general. The staff at this store in particular have always been quite nagging upon entry. The last time I was there I went in to comparison shop several electronic items. It seemed every time I pulled out my phone to check prices across other retailers, the sales associate would feel the need to distract me. The Sprint representative was equally nagging - watching me as I browsed the area around the small desk he had. Both individuals I had told at least twice that I was just browsing, yet they continued to try and pressure me into making a purchase. During that trip though, I did buy a Logitech gaming mouse mat that was on sale if I bought any RadioShack product. So, I bought some batteries and got the mouse may for $10 (usually $25). It was a pretty good deal. Selection is pretty poor as well. Sale people seem fairly knowledgeable overall. If I could, Id give this place 2.5 stars. As long as youre willing to put up with nagging, its worth checking out if you see their having a sale. Other than that, I dont recommend going in unless you absolutely need help with Sprint, and know then if they are not busy.

In the past, I admittedly havent had the highest opinion of RadioShack, however the last few times I went into Willow Streets RadioShack as a "last resort" type of local stop, my experience has been very good. Today I went in there just to buy one item and while I was there I realized I had more questions about my situation than I originally thought. I decided to ask an employee about it, so I told him my story and what I was trying to do with various adapters and switches. He happily offered to unbox several items similar to what I already owned at home simply to show me how things worked and demonstrated it right there on the counter. I didnt feel rushed in the slightest and I thought very highly of the time this individual invested in helping me out. In the future, I dont think Ill treat RadioShack as a "last resort" stop again, as each time Im in there Im finding their service is decent and the various little nick-nack parts they have are pretty extensive. Well done.

Knowledgeable sales persons on both Sprint and RadioShack side. Not the greatest selection of merchandise. Still a great place for good in and out.

A little pushy on trying to sell me things. But they had some nice deals.
