The employee that I had to deal with was rude and unprofessional. When I first went into the store no one was there. Had to wait for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. Then this big, blue haired freak of a man came out and looked annoyed that I was even there. Looked at a power supply that was extremely overpriced and I asked if they can do any better on the price he copped an attitude. Perhaps I interupted his W.O.W. Playing in the backroom.

Loved my whole experience here. Informed me every step of the way on my computer repair... (my drive was dying and i needed stuff off it.) so the people here tried their best and saved what they could. i ended up also fixing the machine as the prices were better than whats in the area. Staples is ridiculous(told me to just buy another tower) these guys were amazng , and i will continue to bring all my stuff here.

First off I almost never post a review. But because they exceeded my expectations, I just had to post. Short story is, our computer crashed. Turned out to be the hard drive. They put a new hard drive in. Computer works better then new. Price was very reasonable and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. Bottom line. I will be coming to you guys for all my computer work in the future. thanks Rob

Was in on 3/1 and a guy with a red beard was really helpful in building a new gaming machine. He was even able to transfer windows from my old computer and use the free upgrade to get a legit windows 10 on the new one! Did a great job, Thanks!

Was in a tough position that would have gave up on PC gaming, but they help me out big time and the staff are great. They even transfer my windows key, with a choice of which Windows i wanted.
