I messaged this company about how much it would cost to look at my moms computer and let me know what was wrong with it. I was told for them to look at it it would be free, they would let me know a cost before digging into it. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, wed comes and I dont hear anything so I just called to see if they have a round about idea of when they would get a chance to look at it. I said its in for a free diagnosis (bc thats what I was told) just curious if you know when youll get to it. The person I spoke to says I have something on the table thats taking longer than I though youre fourth so whenever I get to it maybe tomorrow at lunch or Friday. Ok not thrilled with the response but I get it youre busy. I dont hear anything Friday or Saturday so I call monday again I say its in for a free diagnosis I was told Thursday or Friday Id hear just curious whats going on. Im told the tech is not in they will have him call me. So I get a call Monday night Im told its the hard drive the tech said he started it and it took 20 mins to start up so he knew it was the hard drive. I said ok how much is it to fix it. He said $200. I told him Ill find out what my mom wants to do and call then the next day. Its a 2007 Mac all in one my mom opted to not have it fixed shes going to buy new. I called and tell the guy and he tells me its $49 for the diagnostics I said no I have a Facebook message saying its free he proceeded to tell me no its not its o oy free to take a quick look at it if they have to do more its $49 I was trying to speak because thats not what I was told and he kept talking over me! I said would you let me speak he told me I need to calm down. I said I dont NEED to do anything so he says ok bye bye and hangs up on me! I called back he answers and says mam come get your computer you dont owe me anything just get it out of here! How unprofessional is that!!!! Completely rude , misleading and horrible customer service!!! How dare you hang up on a customer! I will NEVER take a computer there or buy one from there or recommend them to anyone!!!!!

This business is top notch on customer service and they actually care about their customers. If you are looking for a slick salesman, you wont find them here. Your going to find someone who asks for your needs that will match you up based on what you NEED, not what they need to get off the sales floor quickly for their commission to be higher. This is a prime example of the reason people use small businesses when they want personal attention. You also dont get to find many places today that you can walk in, tell them you want to buy something for your computer or have it fixed, and have them give you something free - that has happened twice to my wife now. Once we had the screen smashed on our laptop and they gave us a monitor to use until we decided how we wanted to handle the repair. We also went in to replace the power supply on a system we bought there 3 years ago, and walked out with a free replacement even though we made it perfectly clear we had no issue in paying for it because we know we had used ours and figured it was worn out through no fault of FMCP. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a chance to work with you. I doubt youll regret it.

had my computer in for a major repair in the summer. Was told time and again that I did not have a bad hard drive. Even though I did my own SMART Test of the hard drive and it continued to return a warning. They kept doing miniscule, nothing repairs like run Malwarebytes and Combo Fix which did nothing. They kept returning the computer to me, saying it was fixed. Then a week later I would take it back because it was acting up. So then, finally, the hard drive does crash. They put a new one in. Still acted up.Put another one in. About that same time, I had a crack in the base of my laptop. I ordered a new base, the wrong base. Asked them to put it on. They put it on and the base I had ordered and that base covered my HDMI slot. They never told me I had ordered the wrong base and just installed the one that covered my HDMI slot anyway. Now I cant hook the computer to the TV. Thanks guys for a horrible job start to finish. Btw, youll never get in touch with the owner. And if you do, as we magically did one time, he will look at you like a deer in the headlights. A fat, stupid deer who knows nothing about fixing laptops.

I have worked with the store on a number of occasions. I am an IT tech for 15 years. Occasionally, with my own clients, I run into situations that I need back up or parts or certain softwares run on client machines. Fix my Computer and Brian have always been there with proper knowledge and service for any needs. I have also watched closely when in the shop and see first hand how important Brians clients are to both he and the employees of the store, whether new clients or existing, they make clients #1 in every way. I would highly recommend Fix my Computer Please to both my family and or close friends as well as strangers

Unprofessional, lack business ethics. As a response to the response the owner gave my review.. I never dropped the laptop. From the first day I got the laptop it was acting up by randomly turning off on me, not holding a charge, not typing right, not letting me access files. I have always taken great care of my technology since I need it for my job especially when I do research at the courthouse. That laptop was only used twice by me, each time with a problem and was always kept in a safe place.. I returned it after two weeks.

I have been very pleased with all of the service that I have received from Fix My Computer Please over the past several years. Computer problems can be so very frustrating, and they know what they are doing. My last issue with being unable to print after a new modem was installed had me very frustrated. I went to this shop, and Brian graciously volunteered to come to my house. He had everything back up and working in a few minutes. Couldnt ask for more! THANK YOU Brian!

Brian was very knowledgeable in computers/software/components, he knew exactly what I needed and gave me a pretty good deal with a trade in! Very clean and professional atmosphere, good selection of merchandise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a computer. My computer came with a 6 month warranty and life time tech support! Now thats awesome! I think all their computers do. Go see them!
