Aaron Mullins, Walmart Corporate spokesman, told CDLLife that Walmart has no plans to place a company-wide truck parking ban. He said truck parking decisions are made on a store-by-store basis. “We’re always reviewing the safety at our stores when it comes to traffic,” Mullins said “But there is no plan for a company-wide policy.” Truck parking bans are not something the company takes lightly. Mullins said stores often look for other ways to resolve parking issues, such as designated truck parking areas. There are some Walmart locations throughout the U.S. that are independently owned, and the owners of those locations make their own rules, and some of those stores have chosen to prohibit truck parking, however a majority of corporately owned Walmart locations welcome overnight truck parking. Truck drivers Chis and Heidi O. say that “Walmart has always been more than helpful to us.” Heidi says they frequently park and shop at Walmart locations throughout the country, and that they’ve never had any parking issues. If you’re planning on parking at a Walmart location, we recommend calling ahead to make sure the store does not have no-truck parking policy.

Shelves arent stocked to meet demand. When staff are asked when an item will be available, standard is always, "I dont know". Have never been offered rainchecks. If you want to ensure your items are bagged with care, you must check yourself out. Apparently, staff are not trained on proper bagging (heavy items on breakables, breads, etc). I said to one cashier, "you throw my items in the bags as though you dont care. Her response..."I dont get paid enough to care"! Parking lot is hazardous as police do not enforce the fire lane no parking law. Vehicles are left unattended by customers who are only going to be in there for a couple minutes. I know their response as I confronted a few customers about this. Electric scooters for the handicapped are left in parking lot or the batteries die while in use. Low grade store & staff.

This is truly a super store. Open 24 hours for the shopping convenience of every family. During regular business hours you can get lunch boxes and family meals from the hot food section of the deli along with salads, cold cuts of meat and cheese and custom cakes. The rest of the time you can find any and everything you could possibly need at home from groceries to cleaning supplies and sporting goods. If u are in need of a pick me up u can visit the on site dunkin donuts for coffee and snacks. As well on the opposite side of the store u will find a full service hair salon offering waxing, cuts, coloring, washes, sets and much more. The stereo is vast and full of friendly professional staff.

Not driver friendly. Pulled in empty to shop and take a break. Soon as I got back to my truck was handed a paper saying leave immediately or they will call the law. I called the assistant manager who I told had signs been posted at the entry I wouldnt have stopped there and let what was left of my D.O.T. clock burn away till I had no h.o.s. She confidently lied and said there were at every entry point which is b.s. I looked pulling in and out from Philadelphia Street. Damn shame when truck drivers risk their lives for a big company like Wal-Mart to turn their backs on them. Sam Walton put in his will as long as Wal-Marts doors are open they will always be truck parking.

The people there are usually nice and helpful. Usually find what I need fairly quickly. I dont like how snippy some of the managers are towards employees, especially when they look like theyre already overloaded. And the produce isnt always good. Ive been told by quite a few employees that work in produce that if somethings going bad or moldy, they are told to just take that out and turn the others so you cant see it. So carefully check before you buy.

When you come to this walmart be prepared to spend a couple of hours. Lines are usually long, even when its not the weekend. And now theres more self-checkouts than there used to be, which I find really annoying. They need to hire more cashiers, theres a lot of people out here who are unemployed and would love to work. Avoid this walmart. Elkton location is further away but its considerably better.

Joining one of the many truck drivers NOT allowed to stay on their more than accommodating lot. Was planning to spend 200$ in their store. I think thats more than enough rent for a couple hours space. Bathrooms were nasty also. Wish this company was not so cold hearted and unforgiving towards drivers. We bring your low price crap at a high price for us!!!! Thanks a lot for the appreciation!

While the associates I dealt with in store were helpful, an item listed online as available for immediate pick up in store was not available and I was given wrong pricing information about another item i had called about prior to making the trip. This was a complete waste of gas. Walmart needs to ensure accountability of the information given over the phone in the future.

Very bad experience at this store. I purchased a tv and it was cracked and I took it back to exchange it. I hand them my receipt also. They gave me such a hard time and made me feel like I was a thief and all associates were very rude and un helpful. They took forever to do that. I was just surprised they way they treated me. These guys were not professional.

I love shopping here. Only thing I have a problem with is customers are so lazy that they cant walk the cart to the holding spot. And the walmart crew just leaves the carts all around the lot. My car has got seriously scratch up because of this problem. Fix it please walmart. And to you lazy customers, put the dang cart were it is supposed to be at.

As a truck driver, I too was asked to move with a knock on my door and a letter handed to me. I called management and explained Ive never had any issues with parking at Wal-Mart even with the no parking signs until now, here at Aberdeen Maryland Wal-Mart. Im on e-logs and told him I wont be moving until 0530. This is disappointing.

I stopped in at the Pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and to my surprise I was addressed personally by the Pharmacy Manager. If I can remember correctly his name was Michael, he was very friendly and welcoming. I felt like my business was appreciated. I will definitely be retuning to that Pharmacy. Thank you!

I got my hair done at the salon by Kimberly and paid $90 for a hairdo that looked all of $30 and only lasted 2 days before it started coming a loose. I have dreds.. pretty easy to work with. And the amount of hair pins used was just absurd. Im giving her 2 stars because she was cute... thats it
