I DONT recommend there staff! Twice in the past couple of months I have had two simple issues with my Apple products, but Apple Services are too lazy and too egotistical to fix it. First I went to Apple to fix my MacBook Pro, because my battery wouldnt hold a charge. They said since the MacBook was 6 years old they couldnt replace the battery. BS they could have easily purchased and replaced my battery, but they dont because the companies self centered attitude tells employees that customers need to buy a new MacBook. My second issue dealt with my iPhone. My headphone jack got stuck in the headphone phone part of my iPhone. I thought an easy fix of using some tweezers to pry it out would work. After waiting ten minutes, Mike says we cant fix this, because we dont have the supplies. What kind of repair services doesnt have the supplies to fix this simple issue?? What a waist of time and service!! I went to Cell Phone Zone and in 30 minutes my phone worked again. #Small businesses rule Apple and Tim Cook...yalls company is going downhill. Real quick

Jonathan(i think that was his name) was amazing and so kind! i tried to do a review on my actual genius bar case number but couldnt find out how so i resorted to google. ANYWAY, i went in because i couldnt figure out what was taking up all my space(169 gb...sheesh). i searched high and low, called the apple hotline and everything, still couldnt find it. So i went it, told him what was wrong and he didnt look at me like i was crazy or anything. he helped me out and showed me in my "photos" theres a recently deleted album(just like my phone) that i didnt know even existed on my computer. We deleted everything i THOUGHT i deleted days prior too and it freed up over 170 gb worth of space!!!! I was so happy i wanted to cry because i thought i was going to have to buy an external hard drive. Although it was something so small, he really made my day and I walked out a very happy camper. Thank you Apple for hiring such genuine people. He was great.

The customer service in this store, Lynnhaven Mall, has declined sharply since its opening. The technicians, or geniuses as they like to be called, used to greet you professionally and with a smile. They now stand by and wait for you to approach them then look at you like you are bothering them. Long gone are the days when they investigated your devices problems after you finished telling them your issues. Now you are told they can give you an appointment in one and one half hours or more to see someone. I am not here for your convenience, you are here for mine - remember? Maybe I will stop buying Apple after all these years now...

Beautiful store which is newly opened in Lynnhaven Mall. Its much larger than the original Norfolk Apple Store. Several times larger to be exact. Every Apple product is on display and of course your and pick it up, test it out, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything youve come to expect of an Apple staffer. The new location is very well lit and much brighter than the Norfolk location which has more of a soft lighting. Theres not much else to say here that hasnt been covered. Im sure the folks living in VB are happy to have store close to them now.

Horrible customer service, Ive tried three different days at Lynnhaven and MacArthur and cannot make an appointment because they are already "booked" Ive spoken to an "Apple Care" supervisor and received no help. You cannot speak to a store in Virginia you have to go through someone in California. The last time we "Walked in" it took two hours to be seen and thats what they recommend you do. Maybe they should hire more people if they are that booked.

These guys are excellent and will go out of their way to help you. Ive dealt with many of the people in the store over the years. Recently took in a 2011 Macbook Pro. Needed a new logic board. They said it would only be $310. The part alone would cost me over $500 to order so this was a good deal. When I went to pickup they told me it was covered by the store! Was not under Apple warranty but the store covered it. Wait, what? Ok.

One of the rep treated us with bad attitude. The rest were great just one of them doesnt seem very happy to assist us. People forget their Apple ID and password sometimes. When he approached us, he was like why dont you have a Apple ID? its free its not like its going to cost anything why dont you create one? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I told him to go away and Ill solve the problem myself.

Place looks cool but mostly crowded after 5pm on weekdays and more even on weekends. I like the online appointment option but still have a long wait, its hard to get sameday appointment (my experience). I think they are overstaffed and you mostly see them stick with each other, they do approach you and ask if you need help, but I think they should get more repair techs and lessen their sales staff

I recently book a new Mac book pro and all of the staff here were super friendly and helpful. I was there for 2 hours, mostly because I was paranoid about all my stuff transferring over. Every person that helped was very polite and patient when answering my 1000 questions. I highly recommend using this facility with this friendly staff!

I hate apple, like wtf did I just wait 30min of my time only to have someone tell me they cant cover my charger even though its still under warranty. These dumb asses couldve spared my time and told me they werent gonna cover it when I checked in and they saw it.

They told me that the wait would be 60 minutes, it has been two hours and 10 minutes. They have 10 sales people and 3 people working the Genius Bar. Not coming back to this store. Worst experience ever.

Amazing experience with 5 staff members in one visit! Much better over all service, shorter wait time, and more accommodating staff than the MacArthur store. Id pick Lynnhaven again! Thank you staff!
