I wasted six hours of my day for them to finally tell me that they dont have my phone in stock. My iPhone 6 Plus started acting strange around noon. The touchscreen was not working and the upper portion of the screen was flickering. I would be leaving on a business trip the next day and thought I better take care of this before I go. I was 20 minutes away from the Apple store so I thought I would stop in to see what they suggested. The person I spoke with was very nice and told me that this is becoming a common problem and they will need to replace the phone. He said take it home to back it up and come right back, we can take care of it today. So a 45 minute drive home to back up the phone (35 min) and a 45 minute drive back. It is now 4:40 and I am told it could be an hour and a half wait. At 6 oclock I was given a stool to wait at and listen to everyone elses problems. One in particular transactions stands out to me as the customer I was repeatedly snapped at by the Apple employee who kept repeating "Patience is a virtue". After sitting there for 22 minutes I went back up front to ask if I was still on the list to be seen. He assured me I was in the right place and upon returning to my stool found the attendant quite bothered that I had moved from the table. After looking it over he informed me that they would need to replace the phone and that they dont have any in stock. This would have been much better received had it Bendick disclosed to me when I first drove here several hours earlier. I explained to him that I will not be able to come in on Monday as I will be out of the country. He laughed for a while again and when he came back he said good news, you can just go to the Apple Store when you reach your destination and theyll help you there! The amount of my time that was needlessly wasted is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. I find it hard to believe that they are trained to treat customers this way.

Went on Sunday at 3PM to have a piece of plastic replaced on my MacBook Pro. Was told they were open until 9PM, and that my repair would be done by 8PM or Monday afternoon. Received a call at 4 PM that my display was broken, and it would cost $280+ to fix. I said fix it. At 6:09PM I received an email that the repair was done, come pick up the MacBook. So I drove to the store, and arrived at 6:45 only to find the store closed! The next morning I went to pick up the laptop. I told the girl serving me the story of my unneeded trip, and her response was only, "That wasnt me!" I then asked for the broken display screen. They would not give it to me! They would not even SHOW it to me! I insisted, and some large fellow came over and got very aggressive with me. He said the only way I would see the old display was if they put it back n the laptop! Well, now Im thinking that THAT repair would some how never get done, and if I ever DID get the laptop back, the hard drive would be erased. So I left. This large fellow followed me out of the store, and yelled that he was going to have me banned from the mall. All because he would not give me what was my property, the "broken" display. I cant help feeling that the "broken" display was fine, and I was scammed for a repair that I didnt need. I will NEVER go back there!

Alright so my girlfriend and I go to this store to get her MacBook Pro screen fixed cause it shattered, we make a appointment and they take it. Later that day they call saying that there is a significant amount of water damage and that they will not replace the screen since. So they say we can fix the water damage and the screen for another 400 dollars. The total to fix the "water damage" and the screen would be now 700 hundred dollars. In my humble opinion that is absurd for the price you pay for just the computer. So we say no were taking it somewhere else, drive to Utica go a computer place they take it. Driving back from Utica the guy calls saying that there is no corrosion and that the only amount of water damage, was able to be wiped of the fan area and that was it. Everything worked fine on the computer besides the shattered screen. I found my experience at this store to be quite horrible and have lost faith in Apple as a company. Now I consider them a greedy company that doesnt care at all about the customer, just there money. Sorry but no longer will I be a Apple customer after my experiences with its store and the people working for the company.

Giving one star because of my experience yesterday. Had an appointment to talk to them about a problem I was having with my iPod. Right off the bat, when the technicians came to me one told me "its a software issue. The backup is corrupted." Spoiler alert: it was not and I knew that. I kept trying to tell her what was going on and she would not take me seriously or listen to me at all. They then tried to tell me it wasnt the iPod, but that my computer was messed up. Spoiler alert: my computer was not the problem and I knew that as well. I knew what the problem was, there was a problem with the iPod itself. I kept trying to tell them this and they treated me like an idiot that didnt know what I was talking about. I became increasingly frustrated because I just wanted someone to just help me with the actual problem and just listen to me. Finally I was transferred over to a guy, Ty, who listened to me and confirmed that I was right and actually cared what I had to say. Horrible customer service by the first two girls I got. I wish I remembered their names so I could call them out. Customer service should listen to customers.

Stopped in, phone was locked up on a white screen and the apple logo. Kid tech, tells me that its water damage. And that the hardware is broke without hooking it up to any computer. I tell him the phone was low on memory, and maybe thats the issue. He says "its a hardware issue not software". Then he tells me the only thing he can do for me. Is to sell me a new phone for $650!!! I asked him to factory reset. He refused, because the "hardware" had water damage. Went home, found 3 ways to fix the issue. What happened, the phone did a update didnt have enough memory to install update. Crashed. I then did a factory reset on itunes. Problem fixed!! So it was a software issue, not a hardware. Saving my family $700. Stay far away from apple products. They like to sell. But not take care of you when it fails within a year. If you have any issues. Google it before heading to this place. Then switch brands.
