I called them for a price for color prints and they said 49 cents per sheet. I went there and the associate was helping someone else and was taking time. They are talking in cycle and kept going. I asked for a printer, the associate pointed a desktop for me to access and there was a printer next to it. I gave the print order for 100 sheets. It took over 10 minutes to print 50 sheets and because I was in hurry, i have to get the black and while copies. When I was getting ready to pay for the prints, they said in that slow printer, a page costs 99 cents. Are you crazy???? 99 cents for a color page????????????. I told the associate to cancel the remaining prints. But she didnt gave credit for it. I am more upset about having such a slow printer in a commercial place. Most small offices will have a faster printer. Never again!!!

Although "that was easy" may be their motto, our experience at this location was far from "easy". The management staff could have passed for newbies, as they were not at all knowledgeable or customer service-oriented. The cashier continued yakking away with a friend while we stood in front of her, waiting to be helped. The staff were scarce and (when we did finally run across a lone worker) were unwilling to help us figure out how to get what we wanted when they realized the printer we were looking for was not in stock in their store. It was really no wonder there was hardly anyone in the store: if you are looking for office supplies, I recommend going to Office Depot instead, where they actually do their job and help you.

A Private User

I came into the store asking where the laptops and laptop batteries were. One of the associates immediately came to my assistance. I told him to direct me to the area were "laptops and laptop batteries/cells were located". He was all over my neck and kept talking in a manner that made me feel stupid and was directing every step I took on my way to my location. He told me to bring in my laptop and they would hooked it up. Can you imagine this? I tried to reach the manager but kept getting a wrong number.

They were very courteous and the copy and print section was fantastic. I got my order printed today in less than 15 minutes for 1000 business cards. He was very efficient and fast. Would definitely go back! Loved the service and prices!

Staff is very friendly, I have qualms about this place. They always have a great stock of supplies, have good deals, and are always helpful and courteous.

Staff can be a bit hard to find here. Also one of the things I was looking for was out of stock but that may be a one of occurrence.
