If I could give this walmart auto center no stars I would. I went in at 7am for a oil change and its now 11 am Im still here because they broke the hood of my bran new jeep. Yes broke it didnt say anything was gunna let us pull off with out telling us he broke the parts on the hood .. So I call manager wait an hour to get a manager then he says owh its not that big of a deal just take it to the dealer ship and get it fixed ..are you kidding not that serious. I say .. He said fine go get a quote because I cant fix this here... Like I was a problem.. Hello you broke fthe hood of my bran new car.. And wernt gonna tell me ... Unbeliveable. Im still waiting here now for the money they owh me to go get my car fixed not to mention I now have to call of work for 3 days until my car is ready .and all I came for was a 20$ oil change.. Do not go here those guys dont know what they r doing .

We delivered nearby and came here to park for the night. There were about a dozen other semi trucks parked in the outer edges of the parking lot. We saw a sign upon entering the parking lot that unauthorized vehicles would be towed, and went inside to talk to the manager to get permission. We tried to do it the right way, and get told "absolutely no overnight parking." When we told the yellow vest wearing door greeter that there were several other trucks parked out there, he got on the walkie, and came back a couple minutes later saying "absolutely no overnight parking." Broken record ? He also said that everyone out there would be towed. We have run into this problem so often, that we dont want to shop at WM anymore, much less accept any loads delivering to a WM DC. We are tired of being treated like second class citizens!

This is by far the worst Wal-Mart in the Chicagland area. Went in for a return at customer service. I didnt have a receipt but called prior to going to clarify return policy. Cheryl a customer service employee not manager took my merchandise and walked away. Becky the front end assistant manager came to me asking which door I entered through and walked away. Cheryl returned and said you were supposed to get a sticker when you entered. I handed her the bag and told her here it is. They wouldnt return my items and basically accused me of stealing and trying to return the merchandise. I was so offended I left in tears. I have never been treated like a criminal in my life. These people are racist and stereotyped me because I am of color. BOYCOTT THE WALMART ON JEFFERSON ST. PURE IGNORANCE

Today 11/3/15 I went to Walmart because I saw a limited edition Xbox one white online and i wanted to exchange the one I had on layaway for the white one. I got to Walmart at 7:30am the electronic manager Annie was there and went way out of her way to find it because it wasnt showing up in the system due to it being brand new and just being released. I finally left Walmart at 8:40am she spent that whole time trying to find it and I thanked her so much for going out of her way to satisfy me instead of just telling me no we dont have it. I wasnt in a rush to get out of there because I wanted it and it said they had them in stock. But she did everything possible to find that Xbox one.

I visited for an oil change. First, it took way too long to even check in my vehicle, then when I asked about the cheapest oil change, (Pit Crew) they told me it was just lube, oil, and filter. Sounded okay to me. Then, when I visited a different location, I found out they are supposed to also inspect the tires, fill them if necessary, and check the battery for issues. This location definitely did not do that for my vehicle. Im glad they had a 3 HOUR wait when I brought my husbands car for service, who knows what else they would conveniently leave out of their services. The location on Weber Rd in Romeoville is awesome. Go there instead.

The trashiest walmart around.....im very embarrassed to admit i shop at that walmart. Please hire quality, clean looking employees W MANNERS!! The majority of the employees there are SLOW, ignorant and could care less. There are plenty of people out of work why does this Walmart mgmt settle for.trash???????? Even the pharmacy employees are ignorant! Incompitant!!! Come on Walmart mgmt get ur head outta ur a**! The bakery has messed up 2 special order bday cakes, LONG lines to check out w SLOOOWW cashiers.......i stared shopping on Weber road.....

Worst Walmart in the entire USA. Ive been to many long and far and by far this one is the WORST. They claim to price match but dont really at all. Even when you have proof and you spend your whole work break fighting with them. And as for their "management team" they are the worst too. They just walk around in their little vests to carry the name but dont know the meaning of leadership and the meaning of every customer leaves happy. From Carmen to Debra and Grace, customer service is NOT their strength. I will NEVER return to this Walmart.

Store shelves always seem empty!!! And its the same merchandise always out!!! Extremely long check out lines!!! Not enough employees!!! Walmart losing a ton of money!!! Cause I continue to have to shop other stores!!For merchandise they should have in stock!!! And its not just this location!!! It seems to be a corporate issue!!! Sad and frustrating have to travel elsewhere!!!!! Youd never know Sams club is owned by Walmart because its the exact opposite over there!!! Maybe Walmart has to many locations and cant fill them all!!!!!

Admittedly a lot of previous comments are true but I thank God for Walmart. Its close to my home, it easy to get too, it has fantastic prices compared to all the other stores in the area. They also carry a wide range of products so you can choose effectively. How can you keep a store in sparkling condition with the crowds that are always there. I have never seen a store so crowded all the time. So it meets a lot of peoples needs or it would have closed down a long time ago. Good job Walmart

They had 2 registers open. The lines each had 10 people in them. I go thru this every time I go there. Dont they realize a lot of people work during the week and can only shop on the weekend? If I didnt live so close I would never go there. Jewel here I come. Theyre more expensive but its worth the trip. I never wait thar long there. It took me longer in line than it did to shop. I had less than 15 items. The self check out had a line out into the store..Just cant win !!!

I havent had any major issues here. Its not the most clean or orderly Wal-Mart but the staff have been nice to me. A couple weeks ago I needed to pick up a gallon of paint to finish a project and had to wait over 45 minutes for them to find someone who could operate the machines. For paint, you may want to bite the bullet and pay higher price next door at Menards, they usually seem to have 2 people working in paint.
