I have never had a worse experience with a company. Delivery window 1 - 4 pm. They came at 9:30 at night. Installation finished by 11:30pm. But dishwasher does not work. Called and complained to Countryside store. They could come with a new dishwasher 5 days later. FIVE days later?? So now fast forward to the new day for the new dishwasher. The delivery guy just called. They have a replacement dishwasher on the truck for delivery BUT WONT deliver it because my other dishwasher is not uninstalled. So a delivery guy is driving around with my new dishwasher and he wont deliver it because my other one is not uninstalled by Best Buy? Does anyone have any common sense at this store? You delivered and installed a bad dishwasher. You have my new dishwasher on the truck for delivery, but you wont deliver it because you are not an installer and you cant remove my faulty dishwasher? #BestBuyFail #BestBuyCountryside #NoCommonSense.

TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF SENIORS* SENIORS BEWARE. Delivery crew cant even plug TV into the cable box for my 83 year old father. 83 year old father bought TV and Stand($950) and was told twice by the sales person that the $70 delivery cost included delivery and set up. Dad thought set up meant they would build the stand and plug the TV in to cable box. Delivery guys didnt build stand and didnt plug the TV to the cable box. Dad spent 2 hours building the stand and now Best Buy wants $129 to plug in the cable box and DVD player. Dad would have gladly paid extra to have the job done right but was told it was included and he was never offered the service. You would think a large company would take the time to train the staff how to handle seniors. It obvious that seniors are not the tech savvy. Please take your business to where the job will be done right! and they know how to take care of our parents/grandparents.

I was interested in upgrading my phone there and was told they cant help me because coming into the store i knew a guy whom they didnt like personally . I did not walk in the store with this person but when they seen me say hello to him they told me that they will not give me service and they would call the police. I had know idea what was going on all that was happening was if i didnt leave the Best Buy the store would call the police. i have never felt so bad till i walked into this store. And the guy who threated to kick me out was part of the geek squad. To anyone who likes this beware they will call the police and deny service if they see you saying hello to someone they do not like.

The sales people are knowledgable, helpful and very courteous. Ive been in TV & Theater several different times and always some one approaches readidly to assist. I was even in the electronic section and made clear I was just checking out the tablets, not buying, and a very nice salesman just made me feel very welcomed by just conversating with me about the tablets. Customer service was just as awesome especially the people in the front entrance. My husband and I love this Best Buy that we want to come back for every electronic need because of the overall relation toward us and the special deals and points. This is the place to shop.

LYING SCAMMING CUSTOMER SERVICE.their mistake cost me 260$ and they wont take responsibility for their employees mistake. I made a 900 $ purchase here today because of a fault of their own they did my transactions as store credit so when I went back to get my return I payed In cash,They inform me I will ONLY receive store credit!!!! WTF I gave them cash and they refuse to honor their return policy because of a mistake their customer service rep made. After receiving 2 faulty open items from 2 separate transactions. I was then informed that I wouldnt be able to Return anymore items! WTF BOGUS AND CARELESS AT THIS LOCATION

I bought a couple pre-owned video games before Xmas. Kids opened them, tried them out, and came to find they didnt work in our device. I tried to return or exchange them today within the return period. I was told I couldnt return them because the pre owned games were opened...by kids excited to play their new games. The salesman was the rudest person Ive ever encountered. With all the other stores to buy electronics best buy, especially this store, is not where I will shop on the future.

This is the closest Best Buy store near my house so I will continue to purchase items from here as well as pick up online orders. Employees are generally friendly and helpful, store is clean and well organized. My biggest complaint is my wait time when I go to pick up online orders. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for an employee to even come over and begin the pick up process. I would like to see improvements with this since I mostly order online and pick-up in store.

Definitely not impressed with the knowledge base of some of their staff. I went in two buy the ZenWatch 2 that their website listed as being in stock and they didnt have a display and they didnt have anyone that knew anything about the watch or where to find it. Hey young lady tried to help me. But didnt really know anything. And no one seemed to want to help her. That was disappointing but I still bought the watch and it turned out to be a great purchase.

Went in to shop for a flat screen for my Mother-in-law. The customer service was awesome! I cant remember the guys name that helped us but he was great. We had 2 other associates answer questions prior to making our decision and purchase. They were very informative. Will only be going to this location for future purchases. ***if a manager sees this... The rep behind the cash register helping my husband was AWESOME!

Ive been looking for a tablet for a while. I met Chris in the store. His knowledge, patience and overall customer service skills landed me on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. Very happy with the product but even more happy with the customer service Chris provided. I havent seen customer service like that in a VERY long time. Thank you, Chris, for your patience and expertise and helping me find the product I want.

I love this store, the associates treat you with respect and they do not rush you. They are always willing to help and answer any questions. I love the fact that they will take the time with you if you are not sure of something and will explain whatever item you are purchasing to make sure that you fully understand it before you leave the building.

Staff super unhelpful if you can even find one. They must have been hiding because the store has those low shelves so you can see dam near across the store and I still couldnt find someone to help me find something. Of the 3 times Ive been in this store in the past 2 weeks I was only able to find someone once.
