Worst Service Ever!!!!!! I went in to return an item I bought yesterday. I gave Melyssa the "Customer Service" rep the item and my receipt. she told me that she wouldnt return it without the UPC....I didnt see that in the return policy!?!?! Then she told ME to go back and get another from the shelf, I explained that i bought the last one. Isnt my receipt enough? i was then told that this isnt the item i bought the previous day. WHAT????? Can you believe that she called a customer standing infornt of her with receipt in hand a LIAR? No one seemed to be able to locate a manager...i was told that i could exchange it but not return it without the UPC because the item descriptuion from THIER POS didnt match the wording on the item exactly. i pulled it up on thier web site and she and now two "managers" argued with me that because of one word that it was not the item on the receipt. After leaving to go pick through garbage i fornd the UPC and returned, i proved that the UPC was the same # as shown on the receipt and the Description in in thier POS was WRONG as i said! How can you do business like that? Not just implying, but straight out calling me a liar???? After I PROVED that the item I wanted to return was the item on the receipt I was able to get my money back.....but do you think anyone bothered to appologize.....NO No one cares about service there, not even Managers...when you can find them!

3 star average. Walmart is becoming K mart and right now they can get away with it because people apparently love to shop here. Low prices sure, but also low wages for employees, practically non-existent customer service (fine when you can find it.) and very few checkouts ever open. It doesnt matter where in the country you are at, walmart is walmart! If they added just a few pennies to the cost of everything they sell they could pay a decent wage and in return get better more productive employees. Too bad Sam is gone, this place would no doubt be different. His so called liberal and often drunk heirs (Google it.) are only in it for profit. They could care less about bring it home to the USA or anything else that made Walmart what it is today. As I said, you love to shop here so why should they change???

Look, Walmart isnt known for the best of anything necessarily other than good prices. But whenever I go to Walmart, which is often in the early mornings before 3 a.m. because Im a night shift guy, Ive met and gotten to know much of the staff that work there during this time. These people are human beings and if you treat them like such with the same kind of dignity and respect you would expect they treat you with the service is quite nice. Most of the staff that I run into regularly are very helpful. I cant say much about anything involving the day shift or afternoon shift workers, but if your night shift guy like me this is the only real choice you have. That being said, Im more than happy to be a customer here thanks to the wonderful staff that has helped me time and time again.

It is my understanding This is A Relatively New Store Not sure but Im From Bentonville,AR The Home Office Location Area! Walmart can be a great place to shop at the store I Work at we are very helpful to every customer and take pride in our stores cleanliness we all work together to keep or store in Rogers a great place to Work and to Shop for all Customers We go above and beyond for everyone I Have helped people Jump start their Cars Carried Groceries and even Delivered them on my own time for Elderly Customers this was on my part not Walmarts So I Think the Home Office should be informed of this situation if this Walmart has problems with Supervisors regarding employee.s as it is their job to Coach them and replace them if needed! I Will be making a trip there today!!

Such a bad experience with the lady in self checkout I will be writing a letter to her corporate. I only wish I got her name before I threw the stuff into the floor into her self check out. WM is way too big for its britches. Some treat regular people like garbage. I asked am I not a customer , am I not a good customer? Reply, "I cant tell who is a better customer." I dont get upset but i will not go into a WM work for free (neat how they do that & make you wait in line to work for them) at a self checkout. That wasnt my Convo with the lady convo. Too much to spill out I will get with corporate on this issue.

Usually I would have given 5 stars. But my favorite and the nicest cashier there was Marie. She worked overnights. I havent been to this Walmart since late feb. I learned tonight she is no longer with the company after asking one of the young ladies in the stocking aisles about Marie. All other cashiers here at night are rude, even the overnight managers and stockers are not that nice. Or the staff upfront like the cashiers or csms look like they need a hair cut, shower, and a washing machine. You lost a good cashier, Marie, when she left your company. Whatever company she is at now is lucky to have her.

I work at this location. I currently work overnights. Not sure at all how it is in the daytime. But I can assure you that our overnight staff are the most helpful and friendly. The cleaning crew does a awesome job with the bathrooms. If a customer ask where something is we are SUPPOSE to walk them to it instead of pointing the management highly recommends it. I am the best for that and I dont mind at all. Ill even go out of my way searching in the back for what they need. Lastly the store is getting remodeled and we now have SELF SERVICE check outs. Yayy!!

My biggest gripe is not being able to find a price on things. Sometimes items will be on the shelf next to the correct price tag, but many times there is no way of knowing the price unless I find one of those price checkers in the aisle (which, by the way, are few and far between and theres usually one that doesnt even work). Keep a close check on what you are charged, because the positioning of items can be misleading if youre not checking those little SKU numbers. Hopefully things will improve with the new manager?

The auto service IS RIDICULOUSLY ATTROCIOUS!!! My brother came in with our Honda Civic to replace the battery at their auto center. A worker at the auto center wasnt sure which key to put into the car so he shoved my brothers bike key foolishly into the ignition slot. They pried it out with a crowbar. Now the car wont turn in the ignition and the manager refuses to believe its their fault when it clearly is. We cant drive our car now because of the RIDICULOUS INCOMPETENCY AT THIS WALMART. Beware!

Finally gave up on this store. Long lines, lazy workers, and managers that could care less. After several problems with the cashier ringing people up and manager that takes forever too waddle over to the register and then doesnt fix the problem, I got fed up waiting so long in line that I left everything on the cart and walked out.....along with the other 4 people in line. Would rather pay higher prices anywhere else in order to have better customer service. Walmart just does not care....
