I usually use local printers to ensure quality, so I was hesitant to go back to FedEx, given my not so pleasing past experiences at the Naperville location with quality and staff a couple years back, but I was in a bind and needed a quick turn-around for on of my clients requests. So, I took the plunge and tried FedEx as a last resort- and was very pleased that I did. I had a great experience with Casandra and Marco at the Glen Ellyn Location. My initial order was printed incorrectly, but their attention to the matter was handled very quickly- so quickly in fact, that I immediately placed another order for Vinyl lettering in which I needed for another client who was looking for quick printing. Cassandra and Marco communicated with me throughout the entire process to ensure my lettering would be ready within the scheduled turn-around time provided. However, on that day the print center they use to print the lettering just so happened to have machine a malfunction. Cassandra let me know right away, and sent my order to another local printer to ensure Id receive my lettering on time. And to top it off, Marco met me at that location closer to my house with the lettering in hand so I was able to deliver the product to my client on time- and it looks fabulous! Very impressed with the extra effort on behalf of Cassandra and Marco to meet my business needs. Im also very impressed with the quality of FedEx overall. My usual printers have lengthy turnaround times and are, as you can imagine, pricy. So if I can save money for my clients without affecting the integrity of my prints- its a win-win. Ill definitely be back and kudos to the Glen Ellyn team- customer service is key- and to have happy faces and like-minded individuals helping to serve business goals- all parties succeed. ,

AWEFUL! Went in to ship a golf club that I had sold on eBay. Was told that a box cost $7 and shipping was $7.60. Came back with my own packing material and was given a shipping form to fill out. The lady then asked "want me to pack this for you?" I said "sure". Then it was weighed and it came time to pay and the total was $25!! Apparently there was a $9 cost for this lady to but a golf club in a box ad crumple up the packing material that I brought!!! RIPOFF!!! Im shipping with USPS or UPS from now on!

We attempted to ship across the borders for Christmas, and we were told that it was fine. However not to long after they returned our package because the contents(food related) were not allowed. Now, had I been told when I first tried to ship it I would not have minded, but it took ~100$ and 2 weeks to find out that I couldnt ship the products.
