I read on here a review that said "customer service could have been nicer" and thought to myself "WOW, no, the customer service I received was superb!" and decided to write one here. I called in because my boss asked me to find a FedEx store that was close for her to pick up some supplies. The customer service I received from Lora was great! She knew what I wanted and had answers to all of my questions. She was cheerful and actually sounded like she wanted to help (not like she was doing me a favor.) Thanks, Lora!

I printed birth announcements and accidentally left then on top of my car. An hour later, realized that I had done that and called the store. They were able to fine the envelop in the the parking lot, but they had a few tire tire marks on them. Even though This was completely my fault, the gentlemen at the store printed me a second copy for free. 5 star service and excellent attitude. Thank you.

I am in here weekly to ship, they are extremely efficient, friendly and most of all competent. I often go to other fed ex locations as well and am not met with the same competence as this location. I have left other fed ex facilities to bring items to ship here because the other facilities did not comprehend specific billing and shipping processes. Thank you Barrington rd Fed ex Thank you

Like every FedEx, its fine. Basic stuff, can be slow to get through if someone in front of you is doing something complicated. No complaints, average score.
