Terrible store, awful customer service. These UPS stores have barely any accountability to the corporate mother and so are allowed to treat their customers however they want -- which in this case, is like garbage. The owner of this store is very unprofessional and rude, and clearly doesnt want the business anyway or he wouldnt be so unpleasant to speak to. It is obviously a symptom of the business as a whole. Dont waste your time or your money going here, go to FedEx or USPS.

I guess i am confused about some of the reviews because everyone i see here thinks frank and his son are awesome. Always fast and friendly, i highly recommend this place for shipping, mailboxes, and all the rest that they do there. Top quality!

If you are looking for what just might be the worst Customer service in the country go here. Chris Blasi is the manager here and seems to treat every customer as a major inconvenience to his day. Expect to leave in a bad mood.

These guys are always very friendly and do all the work I dont want to. I take my Amazon returns here...I just hand them the open box and they do the rest. Very helpful.
