Tried several times to call over several days, always went to voice mail. Finally went in with some oversized copies, she could not get the copier to work, she says someone "had messed with the copier" settings. Finally walked out of there and will not be going back.

I went to buy shipping boxes there. Everyone should know that each ups store sets their own prices for what is sold there for packing materials. For this store they charge more than double for boxes than the Uhaul store in crystal lake.
